Starbucks — Restaurant in Palmdale

I will never go to this starbucks again. I ordered 2 drinks and a pastry it was around 6pm. I asked the cashier if they were still having there half off deal, she cut me off and didn't even let me finish my question. She just screamed no and walked away . I asked her what time the half off ended and she ignored me and proceeded to take someone else's order through the drive thru. When she gave us the 2 drink i ordered both were the wrong drinks. I told her about the issue and she gave me an attitude.I told her i never seen my drink look like this .She said you don't work here so you don't know how the drinks are made. She ask for the receipt and I put the receipt on the drive thru metal counter and it was windy so it flew away . She then went and told her manager that I threw the receipt at her . Both her and the manager proceeded to mock and make fun of me and laugh behind the glass. The rude cashier became very aggressive and began making inappropriate remarks with her manager standing by her side. My daughter ordered a venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. When I went in to pick it up it was a little less than 2/3 full and mostly ice. I asked why. The girl was rude and said the drinks mostly ice. I said it’s a venti drink and it’s $7 she kept over talking me and asked if I wanted it remade over and over. So since she just kept repeating herself I said sure. She then made it and it was a cup full of ice 1/2 full this time. I just left because I didn’t want the argument. Alexa was the best barista I have had in almost any Starbucks I’ve been to, and I’m one who is dedicated to her iced chais and iced brown sugar oat milk lattes from this chai ! Her customer service was met with an immediate smile and she treated me with such kindness and warmth. We both fed over having the same name and same (jokingly frustrations) with our first name! Quickest, most sincere Starbucks experience I have ever had! She is the epitome of customer service, treating each person with a genuine smile on her face. I would definitely come back here again!
