I'm like everyone else if I can give this place no stars I would -5 is what I would rate if I could the customer service is extremely unprofessional I will be reporting this place to better Business bureau. Extremely rude and even overheard an employee say I just work here but yet weren't doing their jobs what they were doing was having their little boyfriends tie balloons to the back of their backs and went back to not do any work. It took over 15 minutes for just one person to even acknowledge the crowd of people inside of the actual store. There was no sign indicating that they were not taking credit cards or debit cards so other customers were upset I place my order online at 7:12pm 3/28/24 for a pickup at 8: 45pm knowing that this restaurant tends to always be late I decided to leave and I got there at 9:00 p.m. once inside the portal was broken there were two pizzas inside no numbers or names indicating who's pizzas they were and no one in the front to ask any questions. When I finally got to someone that was 15 minutes after I had already been standing in the lobby. Just to be told we're waiting for your pizza puffs. 45 minutes passed and in that time the two children came in and tied the balloons to the other children's back because these are children working in this place they are not exceeding or meeting any expectations of the franchise business at all it's very unprofessional they have no worth ethics and they're very lazy. At this point I will be reporting this location to the better Business bureau. The biggest problem is that they do not answer their phones there was no manager on site that night when I got my food that was wrong still and extremely cold rather than sit here and make my family go hungry I still took the food it's in my disgust when I get home everything is completely cold and my pizza puffs aren't even what I ordered. At this point I want my money back and if I have to harass you I will and I definitely will be bringing legal action into this...
Read moreTerrible service today! When I ordered my pizza I was told 15 minutes and 30 minutes had passed and still no pizza so I asked for my money back and I was told "We don't give refunds". Well I had to wait until the Manager of the store returned from her break before anything could be done. I was not the only one waiting over 30 minutes, it's about 105° 🔥 outside and the a/c is barely blowing inside the store while everyone waits and frustrated with such a long wait in this extremely hot weather. !! I was so disappointed after finally getting the refund because in total I was there for over an hour and I didn't even want Pizza anymore, my appetite was spoiled. Shame on you Little Caesars Pizza, THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Not one employee apologized for such a long and bothersome wait. Way to go employees! Clearly no real customer service skills.
