Today I went to Subway for lunch with my wife. We ordered online as we approach the store. There were a couple things we couldn't do online that we figured we could when we got there. Upon arriving there was 3 customers, one paying, one waiting to pay and another ordering. After the person ordering was done the worker asked me how he could help, I told him I had ordered online but there were a couple things I wanted done that I didnt find online, immediately after saying so, a female later identified at Yely, the manager, she said your order will be done at 1155am. I told her that's fine, I just wanted a couple things done, she again said the 1155 thing and I again told her that I wanted a couple things done that I couldn't find like making the sandwich with half tomato and the other black olives. She gave me the print out to write down what I wanted and again said the 1155 pick up. I looked around the store and no one was there but my wife and I. The male worker then said I got it, I'll be making the order, I told him thank you. At this point the order was being down Sony wife ordered soup and a drink. We paid for it and went to sit down and waited for the 1154am pick up time. At 1158am the Yely started waving, my wife saw and told me our order was ready. I got up, got the bag and went home. Now at home, I opened the sandwich and saw that the sandwich wasn't toasted. I took a bite and yes it wasn't toasted. I immediately called the store to ask why. The lady answered and that's when we found out her name. I told her that my sandwich wasn't toasted, now with annoiment in her voice she said I know it's toasted because I made the sandwich. I told Yely that I would happily take the sandwich back for here to see that it wasn't toasted, she said "NO, I WILL NOT MAKE THE SANDWICH OVER AGAIN". I didnt understand why she wouldn't accept me returning with the sandwich. I've never been so insulted before over a sandwich that I wanted to return so she could see it. All I wanted was the correct sandwich and She REFUSED to make it. Subway today that manager, Yely made your company look like idiots and me feel unwanted...

My mom just came from there and she had gotten a chicken soup on the side and it tasted gross! It tasted spoiled! I moved the soup around and i found a damn Roach! Or a fly! One of those. It was all burnt up i took it out with a leg still attached! It amazes me how this is allowed to be served! My mom calls the manager 'yalitza' and the manager gives my mom the worst attitude talking about how they change the soup every four hours and playing dumb. 1. It tasted bitter. 2. It looked discolored and 3. I have photo evidence of that bug that I personally picked out from the soup! I wish I can post pictures on here like in yelp, but you can check yelp, the pictures are there with my moms review! Shut it down! No morals in that place and they serve...

Had you asked me about the service a few weeks ago and I probably would have rated it a three star... But the last few times I've been, they have some motivated employees who are very friendly and polite.
I've been doing online orders and that's been working out very well. The app took me a while to fully get used to, but now that I have saved a few sandwiches that I order regularly on my list, it's actually quite fast and easy to order now. I really like it!
... And it automatically changes if I go into another city or a different Subway.
Use the coupons if you can It brings the price point below $10. Otherwise you're spending about $15 per person.
