Tom's Burgers 27 — Restaurant in Palmdale

Today had to be one of the worst days ever. The drive thru line was super long. Went inside instead. No one taking orders. No one says be right with you. A family standing waiting to order. I'm behind them but after I ask an employee "is anyone going to help the counter ?"she says " I'm the only one here and the other girl is on break." Drive through is moving, orders going out. It took her 20 mins to take the 1st people's order and then they had all kinds of questions becuase they eating in and she didn't give them everything so they can sit down, so they stood there waiting to ask her for more items beciasr they knew it would be awhile for her to help them again. She had to wait on all the tables in there. They had no one to clean the tables. Mind you the cooks only cooking drive thru food. Then she finally get to me and my mom to order..... it's sad that the other people couldn't help her. Suggestion: The drive thru lady could take orders with her head set on from the drive through and then at the counter. Which most fast food places do.. and from the guys cooking, 1 could go grab dishes off the table and wipe them off because it was 3 of them. But everyone says they need their job and I'm wondering how many workers called out today. If your short handed. Close the lobby and have everyone go through the driv thru.

Kept having problems with Togo orders being wrong so explain problem to young Lady and was assured she/they would make it rt. Well I get home with order and only thing rt was the fries were cooked and seasoning salt was applied. The colossal burger with added avocado and extra thousand., was not so I call and talked to them and the girl asked the cook and he acknowledged he hadn't made it that way and was sorry. They took my info and said come back anytime and they will replace the meal done rt. "I live over 50 miles. Away" ok no problem just bring receipt and explain and we will verify in the book I noted it in. So it takes a while for me to come in to do it because I know it will take longer then I have when passing threw and didn't always have receipt with me.
