It’s like being a kid visiting a candy shop for the first time! Oh my, oh my!!! So many treasure to add to your mosaic that it’s almost hard to stop, but I still wanted to see my little owl, so exercising some restrain is a good thing!😂 I will make the drive to visit this adult “Disney Land” as my cousin described it! We were passing through town while traveling and spent a rainy day at this lovely spot. The staff were welcoming and invited us to hang out with the art projects we had brought. They also had a variety of projects from single day pieces you could do in a few hours to multiday works. I'm really into basket weaving and basked in the warm creative energy of this space. Super sweet staff. However, not impressed with their kiln and firing process. All pottery pieces came out not vibrant even after 3 coats. Tons of bubbles and paint running down. I spent 3 separate days painting my piece for it to come out very bad. I thought everyone’s pieces in the display case didn’t look that nice because they didn’t paint correctly but after my experience it on the art cafes end. Maybe try a different craft there until they figure out how to...
