Wendy's — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

I actually haven't been here recently, but I tried calling them to confirm they had the new Strawberry frosty. The Wendy's closest to me said their machine was broken and could only have one flavor. So when I ordered on the app and came through the drive through I had to accept chocolate. This Wendy's will not answer their phone. I understand being busy and not being able to answer on the first try but it goes to voicemail which is ridiculous. The food was always just okay but for a while they were shorting customers on fries. You'd order a medium theyd give you a small. It happened to me and then the next time I ordered in drive thru the car ahead of me wasnt having it. I knew I wasnt crazy. Lol They had a large order and made the employee take back all the fries that were too small. I get to the window and they had done the same to me. So I haven't been back. And I won't be back given the other one...

Horrid service, from the drive thru ordering to having to go back into the restaurant to get items they forgot to add. The manager shouldn’t be a manager, she didn’t apologize, couldn’t speak for herself one of the employees in front of her taunted me while practically telling me, I was wrong.. The Manager, was just standing there while the guy gave me the fork and sour cream I was asking for that was part of the salad I ordered. The staff was laughing as if it was funny to question a paying customer.. let’s not forget pricey fast food. Wendy’s corporate needs to fix the staff disrespect towards customers. Ordered 3 meals 10 piece chicken nuggets 2 1/2 salads one of the have solids was incorrect 1 of them had jalapenos in the meal did not include any neither one had dressing I got no receipt for my purchase never trust this place make sure you check your meal before you go although I did ask the lady if everything was complete she said yes unfortunately I got home no dressing terrible service.
