I have been pleased in the past, I have always enjoyed speaking with the delivery people and listening to their stories of what they are aspiring to do. Just recently 12/24 the company messed up my order. I didn't realize it at first as I took the pizza to my friend's house as we were starving. Pizza was great; however, I did not get the Italian sandwich I had ordered and could not communicate the next day as they were closed for Christmas (thank GOD for acknowledging the day and I say that respectfully). Moving forward, I spoke with the store manager Michael this evening regarding what had happened, he stated place an order online but do not pay. He was going to manually correct the order to give me the sandwich I had not received. I ordered extra food so I could feel good about giving the delivery driver a decent tip (always 4-5 dollars rounded up) I know by their stories they are usually supplementing incomes. I received my order this evening, pizza cold, did not receive the "missing" sandwich, was told by the delivery female driver she was expecting cash. Quote unquote said "hey man" as I am 40+years her senior I corrected her and said I am sir to you. I had invited one of my my best friends to my home for dinner, he is a renowned photographer for over 30 years in this area worked for Bradenton Herald etc.; he overheard everything. End of story I called the store in front of the driver as I wanted to pay my bill (store never answered phone) delivery driver called the store as well as she wanted paid and left. I have lost all confidence in this location to deliver a proper product. I fear of retaliation due to this post, will not order from this store. Await company response still will pay my invoice as it is the proper thing to do.
Note: I posted 1 star as it would not let me post without a rating. Amazing how it showed 4 stars! I wanted to give a...
Read moreUnexpectedly, and pleasantly surprised. We decided to have pizza and I thought I’d try that new pizza that all the commercials are about, Domino’s Stuffed crust pizza. Honestly, my expectations were not very high because I already liked another place but I thought I would try it anyway. Unbelievable. The cheese in the crust stretched about 12 inches. It was soft and wonderful and the crust was just the right amount of crisp, and a little tangy from the Parmesan cheese. I just ordered a random hodgepodge of toppings, Philly steak, ham, onions and mushrooms. It was cooked to perfection. I just really can’t adequately describe how good that pizza was. We also ordered the barbecue wings because the two items were on sale if purchased together There is a five dollar charge to deliver the pizza and I gave him 25% tip, so altogether it wasn’t cheap but the food itself was not expensive either. It was really worth it. You really should try this pizza and wings. The wings were piping hot, juicy, and tasted like a Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce. I don’t usually get wings either. It’s just that they were on sale so we saved $12 between the two. You gotta try it. Trust. It was excellent. Almost forgot. Arrived quickly. And for Friday night that was impressive. I don’t usually give reviews, but this one was extraordinary for a chain...
Read moreEdit- after calling again and speaking with the director, they fixed and resent the whole order. But I am still keeping my eye on this location. 3 stars for now
First off, you can't order your pizza online for delivery. You have to call to order a delivery. There goes my online points for no reason. I wanted pokeball pizzas. I asked and the girl said it was fine. My pizzas arrive all screwed up. One pizza is a regular pep and black olive and the second just regular pep. They couldn't even keep it half and half. The pizzas are all weirdly cut. Not all pieces are even triangular, and I have some an inch small. The cinnasticks were missing the icing too. I called and the gentleman who answered said they don't do specialty orders. Well it was already agreed upon. Apparently the director of operations said no. Well Mr D.O.O. next time you turn down my order call me and see if I am still interested. That was the point of the order. And where was the director when the rest of the order was botched? The response from the clerk was a measly "OK" or "oh", something along those lines... and then just quiet. Thanks for nothing. Let me tell you something. I ONLY order domino's. No longer. That was the worst experience ever. And I have frigging worked in the...
