This has been the worst restaurant/corporate I have ever dealt with, extremely unprofessional and even corporate won't return phonecalls or emails. I purchased a slice the price card and on the letter I got with it specifically stated BOGO free (if I buy 10 I get 10FREE). So I went to get 4 pizzas and said I wanted to use my card so I should have purchased 2 and got 2 free right? The guy charged me for 3 and got 1 free so when I went to pick up I told the manager what happened and he said he couldnt refund me because their system isn't set up for that so I left and I called corporate multiple times and sent multiple emails and no one has got back in contact with me to fix their mistake. 2 weeks later I tried to call and explain the situation and ask if I could get my 2 free pizzas Im owed already and the first lady tried to transfer me to the store and I waited on phone over 15 mins so I hung up and called back and spoke with someone different and explained the situation to him again and he tried to scam me pretty much by trying to get me to still buy 2 pizzas then get 2 free and I said no I'm already owed 2 so what sense does that make? He also put me on hold for CORPORATE and again waited at least 15 mins and no one answered. So I called again and same thing spoke with someone different and explained all the situations that just happened and she wanted to put me on hold again and I told her I'm not waiting on hold any longer they need to figure this out and give me my food I'm owed and then she tried to say you only get one pizza for free with each purchase and I said no it says clear on the paper I get as many pizzas for free that I purchase. She again put me on hold and no one answered again so needless to say I'm pissed and this has been the worst place ever and the food aint...
Read morePlaced a order online ,waited on estimated time of arrival shown on app,the driver was even showed out for delivery ,after a hour of this ,received a call from an employee at the store and was told they do not have a driver?... then was asked if I wanted to cancel my order or come pick it up? I told them I was heading that way to come pick it up, Upon arrival was asked if I wanted a free soda exchange of my delivery fee and tax that was already paid by my debit card on the app... I replied that it would be cheaper just to refund my money and buy my own soda but also asked if I could get garlic bread instead They agreed and told me it would be ten more minutes for the bread to bake .i asked about the pizza (that I already ordered and paid for) was told it was not done and it would also be ten more minutes,( confused on how it would not be done yet but I agreed to come back in ten minutes or so , waited 15 minutes went back in the store and then was told “their label maker was messed up and they could not find my pizza....then was told if I waited ten more minutes they would make another pizzas this point already paid and was starving so I waited ...again and after bout 15 minutes go by they brought the correct order out to the car.... long story short ... SHOULD HAVE GOT PAPA JOHNS !!! But I will on future orders , thank you...

I got a master class on how your employees will take care of your customers when you take care of your employees. Tiara, the manager was that example of top-tier leadership. She effortlessly navigated her crew amidst a high demand shift on 4/20 2024 like a captain through a hurricane. As I entered and observed the humming of a well oiled machine I was in awe because orders were coming in profusely and yet they didn't miss a beat. I noticed how she talked to her team with such respect and affection to ease the tension of the demand. In return I saw her team respond in kind, and executed her requests. She was something to behold. She moved with lightning speed and efficiency, all the while encouraging and coaching her team. It was a light hearted environment and when customers like me came in, we felt that transformative, compassionate energy as well. I almost wanted to apply for a job just to work under Tiara's leadership. If I owned a business, I would recruit Tiara and her team at this Palmetto Domino's location, no matter what industry I was in because their skills of handling high pressure with a smile and excellent service is transferable...
