I got my tv 2 months ago I asked for a Samsung and they sent an lg then told me my Samsung will arrive with in 3weeks it's been 8 weeks now and i still don't have it, I call and they come up with excuses . My sisters mother in law called 3 days ago to switch her lg for a Samsung and guess what she got her Samsung yesterday. This place sucks I'm paying for a tv I don't even want I want th3 tv I asked for and signed for not for what they wanted...

MONEY HERE..WENT FOR TO GET SOME FURNITURE THEY MADE AN ERROR AND CHARGED FOR ANOTHER SOFAS AND THEN I WENT BACK AND HE TOLD ME HE DID HAD THEM THEN HE TOLD ME HE NEED THEM TO ORDER THEM IT WILL TAKE A WHOLE WEEK A WEEK PASSED BY AND SOFAS DIDN'T ARRIVED NOW THEY CHANGED THE STORY THAT IT WILL TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS I FINALLY GOT UPSET N ASK THEM.FOR A REFUND SINCE I PAY DEBIT I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND...BAD...

Only wanted to sell me "pre-leased" laptop. I decided not to take it because it was going to be almost triple the cost for a USED laptop. They charged my card and I didn't authorize the charge because I didn't want the laptop after I found it for 1/3 the price. Cant get them to reverse the charge and they never answer their phones. So, I am still out almost $100...
