To the owners of Walgreens your staff member could use an opportunity for customer service training. Please note I’m very sick dropped off my prescription and had to return in an hour and a half due to store was busy. However, once returned for pick up had to go through all kind of shenanigans with the drive-through person.
I gave this person my insurance card which is CIGNA she clearly saw it was CIGNA. She couldn’t find me in the system and stated do you have Medicare. I’m African-American does that mean I have Medicare?
She still couldn’t find me in the system. I told her I was just at Urgent Care and they didn’t have any problem finding my information. I’ve been a member of Walgreens for years. I said do I need to go somewhere else she said, “you can”. Then she found out that someone put my date of birth in the system incorrectly, not once did she apologize for my inconvenience....

I have been to other pharmacies and I have worked at many pharmacies. I was even a pharmacy technician instructor for a while. The pharmacist ANDRE ESTRADA at this pharmacy has the worst bedside manner! Instead of offering to help me with my problem he decides to make it worse by shoving papers in my face of information I KNOW is wrong. I try to make him understand but instead of trying to help me he suggests that I find another pharmacy. Well Mr. Estrada. I will find another pharmacy without your help for medication that is hard to find. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I am somebody’s mother, sister, daughter and friend. Read moreThe pharmacy employees act like they are still in high school. Laughing and giggling and carrying on. They told me they never received my prescription a week after I dropped it off myself. Then they placed me on hold for 15 minutes while they searched for it. The lady that was helping me placed me on hold as I was still talking to her. Just rude. After a couple of minutes of being on hold the phone would ring and I had to explain the reason for my call all over again. This happened 3 times! I was so disappointed with the service. Not to mention when I dropped off my prescription I waited patiently in line when another customer just cut in front of me and the employee accepted the rude behavior from the customer.
