Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Palmhurst

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 hot and readys, along with some crazy breads. This is the second time I noticed that they give me and charge me for the EMB pepperoni pizza even though that’s not the one I asked for. When I asked the cashier she stated that she was trained to give everyone the EMB pepperoni cause not only was it a dollar more but cause it had more pepperoni. That they consider the EMB Pepperoni pizza as the hot and ready and if I want the cheaper hot and ready that I have to say classic hot and ready, instated but I didn’t say I wanted the EMB pizza you just took it upon yourself to add it and give me that one and she dated that she was trained that way. So then I said so you all are charging people for a pizza that cost a dollar more even though the client didn’t ask for it. It’s crazy how they are tricking people in buying the more expensive pizza and not even telling customers, most people don’t check the receipt and just drive away.. and then to top it all off the added so many taxes...

Very disappointed , talked to Lorena Rentería a manager . Had old pizza in two of our boxes that were originally half and half which came out as just pepperoni, not what we wanted . She admited that they throw away old pizza from the pizza box and put fresh new pizza , unfortunately for you company they threw away only half the old pizza and put new fresh pizza on the other half side “disgusting “ obviously your trying to save money and rip off customer by giving them only half fresh pizza . Your manager Lorena argued that they originally charged only for the pepperoni so they needed to charge us for the extra topping .she finally gave in to make fresh new pizza and not to charger us the extra toppings . This location is very sketchy. Everytime I go they never have classic pizzas ready, only extra most bestest. Every single time! Once I went through the drive thru and took about 20 minutes only for them to tell me there were no classics. I told them I'd been waiting in line and was told to just proceed to the window. Well, they suddenly had some available. Another time I wanted to add a marinara sauce and the girl told me it would be about $4. "Yup, they've gone up in price," she said (no, I didn't buy it). Last time I went on May 28, I was told by Melanie G. they had only one classic available and the other would have to be an extra most bestest.
