Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Palo Alto

Working late hours at an urgent care vet in Palo Alto, and always being in the mood for Jack in the Box, I decided to order from this specific location since it’s on my way home. Best decision I ever made.

They made it so easy for me to order my food through the app, and they have a drive-thru pick up option which I definitely utilized. Once I was ready to leave work, I just pressed a button in the app and my order was sent to the restaurant to be started. Once I arrived at the drive-thru I told them my name and that I had an order for pick up to which I was ushered right up to the window. The app had automatically charged my card while I was driving over: HOW CONVENIENT IS THAT! So all I had to do was wait for my food. I was immediately given my drinks and only had to wait an extra 2-3 minutes since I had ordered quite a few chicken nuggets before I was given my order in its entirety.

My food was hot, fresh, and absolutely perfect. The night team made it so easy for me to order before leaving work and being able to just use the drive-thru and never have to leave my car. I also had an in-app coupon for a free order of mini churros, and I’m so glad I used it because they’re my new favorite thing. Definitely using the Palo Alto Jack in the Box more often for when I’m hungry after late night urgent care...

I really hope that short, angry, chubby, abusive black guy that works the drive thru threatening to call the police over a water cup keeps his job. not because I care that he has a job even tho he prolly can't hold any other type of job down, but so that he stays miserable, tortured and underpaid because THAT is what he deserves. starting drama over a plastic cup, douchbag? Where is management? What's the managers name even? He refused to tell me after his feeble attempt to pop off at me so I began to record. Because of that one very negative guy, I really just hope this place suffers some type of unfortunate grease fire and burns down or something so he can't be rude to another sweet soul just trying to get a burger.

Another reviewer had same complaint about this guy giving him a hard time for no reason. I rarely complain because it takes effort, but I hope that guy is reading this review so he knows he won't talk crazy to me because that is a serious mistake. I will never go back as long as I can help it!

They lost approximately $300 a month due to one stupid guy. I will hopefully lose weight now and I pray I never have to see his stupid face again so there is the brightside...

+(*) Chocolate Shake with extra Cherry - at 1st I underestimated chocolate shake didnt look at all Chocolately like app but I like mine to sit for like 20mins I like really liquidy as I let it sit the chocolate started to get darker and after tasting its was super chocolatey which is GREAT for me , whip cream didnt leave a nasty film in my mouth it was very good of course cherries where delicious.

+(*) (2) for $1.xx Crispy Tacos (Sorry I get with No lettuce) but still I always am disappointed never crunchy how I like a crispy taco but here I put my EXTRA hot sauce and it was super crunchy well done its was very good , sauce and triangle of cheese was good all together.

+(**) Bacon Potatoe Wedges I didnt think it was enough cheese but it was and it was so Flibbin good and potato wedges where nice and Crispy and soft potatoe in side , the cheddar cheese & cheese sauce down to bacon peices was super goood! I had enough sauce to go around yummm!
