The boba is a 5/5 but the customer service is terrible they don't greet you. The manager was really rude but we were happy she helped. This review is solely for the service.

You get to order on the kiosk you get a text when it is ready. But no one is there to greet you or tell you where the order is the drinks are all there and displayed we had to ask if we csn reach over to get the drink once we walled out the knot on the bag unraveled and we asked of we can get a new one we weren't asking for anything for free willing to pay but the manager got all mad as us but she helped and let us pay for half for the order. But the staff has no customer service at all and the manager came off very rude. May or May not come back here even though the boba is good. The customer service is not. Then when we got our order we didn't know which drink what which there were no...

This place opened in the Stanford Shopping center in April. Their fruit drinks and boba are great, when it's available. Would recommend the aiyu lemon or passionfruit teas.

The lines can get long on weekends, but you can now order online via UberEats and SnackPass. You can also check if their boba is in stock as an add on too. They seem to sell out of boba in the afternoons very frequently, so if you want boba go before 2 or 3 pm or check the apps.

They had a red bean jelly drink available when they opened, but I haven't seen it on the menu since. I hope they bring it back since it looks like one of their signature drinks.

4 stars for now since it is a hassle to get boba from here. There are other places nearby with more consistent stock and longer...

I really like the bubble tea from here. I also like their boba pearls. We had ordered a bit late; they were closing in 10 minutes when I got there. The staff that were there were really nice. The shop is located conveniently next to a couple restaurants, a noodle bar and a little grocery store.

I purchased a Plum Green Tea with 50% sweetness and light ice. The way my tea was made was exactly to my liking. The other boba places in town tend to make boba tea really sweet even with just 50% sweetness requested, so I was really happy with this one. Definitely highly recommend!
