Would give zero if I could. Ordered delivery pizza, lava cakes, hot wings, and salad.
Pizza was undercooked; cheese shreds are still whole on picture and dough was partially raw. In addition, the lava cakes were burnt black.
Called the store, a woman picked up and told me to hold. Hold was so long, decided to head to the store to get new pizza and lava cakes. While on wait, got in the car to drive to the store. After 16 minutes, same woman answered the phone-I told her I was driving to the store to return pizza that was undercooked and lava cake that was burnt. Woman told me that lava cakes are suppose to be black.
When I arrived at the store, I spoke to the woman who answered the phone. Showed her the pizza and the lava cakes. Woman proceeded to argue with me and told me that they were cooked correctly. I told her that if the lava cakes are suppose to be burnt like that, then I didn't want it. I asked for a refund on the lava cakes and she initially said that she couldn't do it but then gave me cash. I paid $6.99 + tax and she gave me $5.50.
I asked for a replacement pizza and heard her tell another woman in the back to "cook it well done". I clarified that I just want it cooked correctly.
After waiting for 10 minutes, she handed me the pizza. I told her that I didn't feel that I had to pay for the pizza on the first place (I had paid the delivery charge and tip. Then drove to the store after being put on hold for an unreasonably long time). She argued with me and said that she couldn't refund the pizza giving excuses that she would need to cancel the entire order to do that. I insisted that she refunded the pizza. When I arrived they couldn’t find my name, and finally a woman stepped up and looked in the system, she then said that it is in the oven. When I tried asking why it wasn’t ready and that the time I was was given was incorrect. The so called “MANAGER” cut me off and basically to me to shut up as she turned her back on me and started to walk away! So unprofessional, I asked for her name and she said “ I’m not giving you my name” I asked for the manager and she says “I’m the manager” I asked for the GM or higher up she responded with “ IM THE GM IT DOEST GET HIGHER THAN ME”she was so rude, disrespectful, and disgusting for touching the cheese with her hands and making food that families would eat after she touched the register and everything around it, she immediately started making pizzas with her bare unwashed hands! I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life! If she is the manager then I really feel bad for the owner, not knowing what a horrible employee he has given the title MANAGER! The nerve of her getting loud in front of the customers that were also waiting because the so called manager can’t manage anything right! Not to mention the Walmart customers and employees that heard her loud mouth! I’m all about good customer service, at the end of the day we are all human no matter what we do for a living, but at least have the decency to communicate politely with your customers so we don’t get so disturbed by your actions and be forced to give you a bad review on google! Read morePlaced an order, received 4 of the 8 items I paid for. The driver asked if I wanted him to go back and get them and I said yes. He then asked me to pay him before he left, mind you I had made my payment with my credit card over the phone. I called the store and the manager said that he would bring them instead, which he did and I signed the receipt. A little bit later the original driver comes and wants me to sign a receipt. I explained that I just had, that somebody else had come. He said he needed me to wait and call somebody to verify. I stated that I wanted to speak with the manager. He tried to explain to the person on the phone what was going on and then handed me the phone and I was told that I was speaking with a manager, whom I explained everything to; he told me to hold on and put someone else on the phone, who also said they were the manager. After explaining, and stating that they needed to have better communication so that customers weren't made to stand outside, he asked to speak to the driver, who he told "don't worry about it, you don't have to give her anything, she's just a bad customer." I hadn't asked for anything except what I paid for, I was the one who was told I had to wait for verification. All I wanted to do was express my frustration to the manager about the situation.
