Dunkin' — Restaurant in Palos Township

As a former employee I have a few things to say about this DD... Poorly managed: there are 2 main managers who work mornings and have no supervision during the evening shifts. They don’t like to offer breaks to employees, super cheap. Claims there are more important things to take care of. When new people are hired they have careless training, if someone make a mistake they aren’t there to correct. They’ll just yell at you. The managers also never enforce cleanliness. Just as long as they’re selling they don’t care about complaints from anyone else.

Very unsanitary!: while making coffee I find there are a bunch of ants around the coffee machines, especially through the drive through station. There have been complaints of rats lingering around the garbage areas. I’ve also seen some employees touch food or drinks without wearing gloves or washing their hands and serve it! They don’t care if you use the same dirty old rags to clean all the tables and counters. The dishes aren’t washed properly. They use the same old coffee liners all day without changing them for the cold coffee.

Lazy employees: there were times where I’m running around the whole store trying to complete given tasks and you have “entitled” employees who only stand around and do nothing but joke and laugh. One employee was so tuned in with her phone she didn’t even realize there were customers standing in front of her. Not to mention that the evening workers are completely rude and have lots of attitude.

I usually love DD but this one on 95th and Roberts road is absolutely cheap, disgusting , unprofessional, and disappointing. Worst DD I’ve ever been to/worked at! I wish I had the option to not even...

I wish I could give this place zero stars!! I’m not the type to ever write a bad review but it was the night before my birthday and I was craving a milkshake so we looked up the flavors before going and they had “old fashioned butter pecan”. When we got there it was 5/25 10:05ish and they are 24hrs so I didn’t think they’d have such an attitude ordering! They said how can I help you and as I’m saying can I get a old fashioned butter pecan she cuts me off and says very rudely “WE DONT HAVE ANY MORE OLD FASHIONED DONUTS” my husband said we weren’t going to order an old fashioned donut she then said “OK THEN OLD FASHIONED WHATTT” we then told her don’t you think your being kind of rude and she then said I’m not being rude how am I being RUDE and we said yes you are and she said “you know what BYE” and wouldn’t let us order. We then went back around and she would not answer me after saying hello 5 times she said hello and I said could I get her name and she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving it to me but said her managers name is Tony because I told her I would definitely be calling Tomorrow which they never answered for me . I just find it crazy that she didn’t feel comfortable giving me her name but she felt comfortable enough to give me a attitude for no reason and would not serve us resulting in me having to drive 15 mins away to another one. I stop here every morning during the week and late mornings on the weekends. I order pretty much the same thing every time and it's never right. I'll get extra cream extra sugar in my coffee and when I drink it, there's either no sugar or nothing extra extra. They will hand me my muffin and a donut and tell me to have a good day but I also ordered & paid for a large coffe & a 1lb bag of ground coffee. One time they didn't give me my donuts and the guy thought I was lying so I had to give him back the bag with my muffin so he could check. A couple times I ordered Bavarian Cream donuts and it had some sort of thick, white frosting type filing in them instead of yellowish cream. When I get the big n toasted the edges of the bread are so hard I can't even bite down on it & once they gave me a croissant sandwhich. This is all through the drive thru. I called a couple times and they replaced things for free the next day but I'm sol on the day they me messed things up. I pass 3 DnD's in the morning so now I just go to the next one which has messed up things to. I guess I'll check the 3rd one this week. So...
