Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Palos Township

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered DoorDash at 10:10am for an office party and the driver arrived at this location at 10:30 and said the business was closed. Sent photo showing the open sign turned off. Hours shown on the door are 10am-10pm. The driver has to cancel the order so I get a 2nd driver. I call the store and a woman who said her name was Sophia picked up. The lady could not understand a lick of English and kept hanging the phone up on me while I tried to confirm the order. The 2nd door dash driver arrived and called me up saying there’s a lady here who is not understanding what he is saying and has canceled the order and was super rude to the driver. I know that cause I was on the phone with him. Not only has this location wasted our time but the time of two drivers trying to make a living. I thought I was ordering from an honest place named Rosati’s, turns out I was just getting scammed. The false advertisement on both the app and the signage on the door are indicating...

This is the worst Rosati's location I have ever eaten at. I have ordered from this location a couple times and each time the pizza is cold, dry and hard. It takes forever to be delivered. It seems like the pizzas are made earlier in the day and kept in a hot box until somebody calls to order. Today I ordered and the pizza took an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered. Again it was delivered cold, hard, dry, and without extra cheese which I paid for. I also got wings, which arrived cold to the touch. I called to complain and was told there was "no manager, they will call tomorrow". How is that acceptable at all? I have been a longtime customer of Rosati's at multiple different locations. This by far is the poorest representation of a business franchise that I have ever eaten at. As much as I like Rosati's pizza, I have to say from this point on, I will have to be searching for a new place to get pizza. It is truly sad that one franchise can ruin a business's...

What an absolute rip-off. I am a long time customer at the Homer Glen location. This is the first time I tried the Orland location and will never be there again. I just paid nearly $50 for a pizza and 6 wings — and got served garbage. The pizza was bland and greasy, the wings were a complete joke, and they looked nothing like the photo they used to advertise them. False advertising at its finest. This place is a scam, plain and simple. I wouldn’t eat here again if the food were free. Save your money and your stomach — stay far away...
