Wendy's — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

My family of 4 went through the drive through in the evening and there was nothing pleasant about this experience. Not only was the "host: Tiera" rude, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to take our order which included 4 meals with no customizations whatsoever other than asking for ketchup with each item since we each had fries. Between each order, she just kept asking "what else?" and didn't bother to repeat the order back to us. When we got to the window, we were handed 3 drinks. They forgot our 4th which was a lemonade and they were even rude asking their coworker to make it. We get down the street and realize they forgot a nugget item that was part of one of the combo orders, but no point in turning around after that experience. When we finally dug in, we found we were given 1 straw...for 4 drinks; and 6 ketchup to split between 4 meals. Our receipt reflected none of the correct sauces either. Would give this 0 stars if possible and management should coach their drive through workers on how to speak to customers and coworkers. I'd be embarrassed if I was the GM of such a location (#00004944). I understand employees can have off or bad days, but "Tiera's" attitude was unnecessary and her lack of attention led to our entire order missing...

This place should be closed! The owners should find new a franchisee and sell to them.

The customer service is terrible. I sat at the drive-thru menu for 12 minutes and listened to three employees talking about how sh*tty of an environment they worked in, the owner's lack of interest, and missing money & mangers accusing other managers. Then when they were done talking, I wasn't greeted but told "we don't take walk ups." I promised them that I was in a truck. I was told to pull forward to order. The car behind me pulled and they asked him for his order. After being in the line for another 15 minutes I got to the window and advised then that I was told to pull forward to order. They all laughed at me and says I was gonna slow down their service time. Then the manager, a guy with a think Caribbean accent, possibly Jamaican, asked me "why didn't you tell the order taker that you needed to order if you needed to order."

This place is a joke.

I’m usually try and give the benefit of the doubt to places, but this obvious brand new restaurant needs some real help. Parents DO NOT take your small children inside later in the evening. Unless you’d like them to experience what drunken/drugged out people are like. We walked in 2 hours before closing and the place had 3 couples seated and a line out the door. The restaurant smelled like rancid food (or spoilt dog food) same difference. The woman in front of us was very high on drugs and the man behind us smelled like he just been on a 10 day drinking binge. We finally just turned around and walked out. It’s sad that our children knew something was wrong with the people in line and we had to explain things that we weren’t exactly ready to explain. Our kids are still young. As far as the service, we’ll for the 15 minutes we stayed in that line, not a single person was given any food. So they were either out of food or short staffed I don’t know because no one ever tried to explain the line length. Please...
