It was 8:45, they close at 10, so I put in an online order for my bowl and a burrito for my husband. I like to get salad dressing with it, but you can’t request it on the app. It’s now 9:10, again they close at 10. Keep in mind I use to work at tropical smoothie for two years, so I understand the pain of people coming in 30-10 min before closing. I stick to my rule of not doing that to places. Anyways, my husband walks in to pick up our food, and ask this older white lady at the register for salad dressing. She yells at him saying “no we don’t have that, we close in 15 minutes.” …it was 9:10 🤦🏻♀️. My husband just walks out to the car and tells me what she says, so I walk in and wait in the line. Finally I ask this young black dude if he has salad dressing, he was the only one that night willing to help me. Poor kid was doing most the work and it was very obvious everyone else wasn’t as motivated. After trying to look for the sauce, I notice someone tells him they don’t have it. Not his fault. I think management needs to be so much better, they’re so lazy they didn’t feel like pouring a few more salad dressings. At all the places I’ve worked, we were never allowed to refuse stuff like that just cause we were an HOUR away from closing. On top of that, someone yells “hey when we closing?” The old white lady yells, “10!”. So she lied to my husband for what? Mam you said you were closing in 15 minutes…15 minutes ago. Read moreThis place does NOT deserve the one star I’m forced to give to write this review. Today I placed an order for pickup at 12:40pm, I arrived at 12:40pm and was told the order was “nowhere near the top” and it was “going to be a while” so I proceed to wait for 20 mins for my order, watching the one person making the online orders make 1 order every 5 mins at best, probably not even that, while the lobby fills up completely with people waiting for their orders to the point we are all standing on top of each other. During this, the walk in line is all the way to the door, with nobody being helped. The employees absolutely could not be bothered, all they kept saying was they were short handed and then kept on doing essentially nothing to speed up the process or help the lobby full of extremely upset customers. I had to leave because I could not be late to work, and as I went to leave the ONLY person making the online orders, took off his apron and walked out with me. This place is an absolute nightmare, they must have a revolving door of employees, because every time I visit for lunch there is an entirely new miserable-faced crew that clearly could not care less about the job, or customers. Read moreMy office and I have ordered from this location several times, with no problem. Over the last 6 weeks, every time we order, it is wrong. I’ve tried calling the restaurant to speak with a manager, the phone just rings and rings and no one ever answers. Today, we ordered 6 entrees. Every single one of them were incorrect. 2 of the items were salads, both did not come with dressing. They used the shredded lettuce that goes on a bowl, instead of the lettuce that’s typically for salads. Several of us ordered brown rice, every entree had white. 2 orders were the complete wrong order. When we picked up the order, the lady at the Togo area was rude. She was slamming things down and just not pleasant. I attempted to ask a question and she completely ignored me. I hate leaving reviews like this, and had someone just answered the phone, I wouldn’t have had to leave a negative review. This location has gone downhill, and I hope they get it figured out because this location use to be one of our favorite lunch places. Even the inside of the restaurant has gone down hill. It’s always dirty. The tables are never clean. They hardly have ice in the soda station, you have to ask for Togo silverware every time… bathroom was out of toilet paper.
