Dodge's Southern Style — Restaurant in Panama City

I applied for assistant manager job with dodge,s after all I was invited for manager interview. When I went in manager he had no idea I had job interview with him , he went through his email and find my application ( meaning he don’t check his emails) we sat and talked I asked him simple questions how many employees working he turned a round and counting his employees funny to me .then when he asked about my work history I gave him all the details I have to say that I was truck stop manager hiring , training , ordering , and a lot of business owners know me by name , anyway he told me he need talk to his hire up he asked me am if I able to pass drug test and background check I said yes in 2 weeks I didn’t heard nothing from them . Today 12/6/2018 I went and asked for him he said he will see me soon he was in his office after 40 minutes he cane out of office and he invited someone else to his office that guy he came in after me , after 20 minutes he came out and start working on computer and even he ignored me to tell me something I wait 10 minutes nothing happened he ignored eye contact it was the most embarrassing day in my 56 years life I walked out the only think I can think of he saw me as threat to his position I was threat to his position with 18 years work in gas station and all kind...

I went into the gas station early Saturday afternoon and while waiting in line.I felt like I was watching a tv episode gone bad. One of the cashier went crazy and started cussing at what I can assume was a manager or someone of authority. She was Being very unprofessional. the gentlemen she was yelling at surprisingly stayed calm and handled the situation very well. a lot better then I would have.he asked her several times to leave the line and clock out but she was steady cussing at him and dropping the F bomb all while there was people waiting in her line to be checked out watching all of this. After awhile he finally got her off the front line and they went in the back the other girl that was there was very polite and apologized for the commotion. I come to dodges every time I come into Panama City because I absolutely love the food I give a good rating due to whoever the gentleman was that tried to de-escalate the situation and the service I did receive was excellent. I use to enjoy going into dodges they were always well stocked on everything up until about a month ago I go in now and it seems like they are always out of stuff the shelves look bare I’ve gone in to get oven roasted chicken and pizza sticks and they were even out of those my favorite part was going on and getting an ice but seems that can’t even keep that in stock people use to be so cheerful when you come in and now it’s like walking in a dark place where people dread to even be there I’m not sure what happened but I’m not sure I even want to go back anymore and I would drive out of my way just to go there . Not to mention the drink area is always a complete mess when I go in around lunch time and would be out of cups and lids next time I go in I’m going to take photos and post them I’m very disappointed have 5 people there working and only one person working the register is a little ridiculous as well I hope they...
