Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Panama City

Ordered from here and the food was awful, dry and stale, Manager at the time said Sorry would you like a remake or I can give you credit for 3 pizzas, called back to get my credit couple weeks later and was told By The G.M I owe $22.00 to get the nasty Pizza I already ordered and was told i would get replaced on my next order, My exact words was How the Hell do i owe money when I already paid for the nasty pizza and was told i would get a credit for the 3 Pizzas , The G.M tried to get a rise out of me saying I didnt have to cus her out , Wow. And I said I didnt and she said yes you Did, she was trying to start an argument but I didnt entertain her game and told her i would just file a complaint with corporate, her reply was Do you want your pizza or Not. Hmmm rude !! Lol. Soft world now days with Nasty Pizza from dominos. I will update review when I hear Back from Corporate. Mean time Instead of getting offended by the word hell you can clearly see that G.M gets offended over a clean store Because the store was dirty and Nasty too, After this ill stick with good pizza service from other places. DOMINOS has clearly gone down hill from the last time I ordered. And yes I dont order alot from here because the store is always dirty but tried to give chances for my business but guess it will never change and corp doesnt care about...

Used to be good Twice awful awful First time 3 days ago to cut was lazy and unfocused Today the dough in one pizza the one with toppings was mushy and under cooked. The regular cheese that is kids cut was also haphazardly cut. And the worse thing is the blood drops on the floor. So I took the pizza home tried to airfry it and couldn't eat it because of the undercooked dough. I called they said what do you want us to do? I said l bring it back. They said there was no manager on site. So I got in my car 15 min later, I arrived with pizza in hand Do you want us to recook it? Staff ask No..I want.a.refund I want to talk to the manager .I'm right here the young man said. Wait y'all said the manager is off for.the day

Oh that's another manager No one else cimplains we make pan pizza all day and if you order cut for kids some.will be uneven. Really? I work in pizza before, that would never had made it out of the store. The manager would have made me make it over.. And recooking no! The correct answer is.. Sorry about that let's make you another one

Pizza was burnt, I mean it was black burnt. The meat was even burnt about 2 1/2 inches in, said that is how thin crust cooks. I worked at a pizza place for 3 year's and I don't ever remember sending a pizza out to a customer that was that burnt. When you opened the box you got overwhelmed with the burnt smell to the point of nauseating. They replaced the pizza, which took about 40 minutes to get a fresh one delivered to us. The girl whom I spoke to acted like I was wasting her time, she was rude. When the new pizza was delivered the driver was shocked at how burnt the first pizza's looked. She said that for thin crust it usually does get the edges a little burnt but it doesn't burn as bad & as much as the ones I had. She couldn't believe that they gave them to me that burnt, too the point that they were almost charcoaled. She apologized for the way the girl spoke to me on the phone. The new pizza's were good. I recommend checking your food...
