I have no clue what is going on in this place….? Sophia was my bartender tonight and let me tell you the service absolutely sucked. Maybe it is because I have been married to a real bartender for 14yrs and she has been in the SERVICE industry for 23yrs, but this girl has no clue what customer service is, I am a great tipper I usually tip 25-30% and I still tipped her, but I will not be back to this place. If you are coming here and you see the picture I’m about to post don’t waste your money, go to Pearls it’s a smaller place right down the street but you will get experience you pay for. Soooo after I wrote this review and was going home she come out with the bouncer asking pretty much why I was taking unsolicited photos of her, I told her it was for the review that I was putting on this place. She told me oh because you were being impatient, my wife has been bartending for along time, I have been married to her 14 yrs I do my best to show patience with every bartender, and that is why you have never see a review from me. But this bartender takes the cake, I set there and watched her have a 15 minute conversation with her bar back and go to her regulars right past me. I cannot leave this place without leaving a review. it's after 9 p. M. In Arlington on a Sunday night and nowhere else is open so I thought what the heck maybe this place has food and they do. Pretty nice menu 2 for a bar. This place is more like a lodge feel to it, complete with a tree in the middle of the building (no kidding). Billiards, darts, and this is a smoking bar and they have an old fashioned cigarette machine here too. Just FYI, the prices are for the cigarettes are not an old-fashioned price 😉😉😉 they're $8 a pack. I took a photo of the selection that they have, it's so unusual now to stumble across a smoking bar in this area, but it's in Pantego not Arlington 😉 I ordered the chicken nachos, a BBQ sandwich, and some cheese sticks. They gave me plenty of sauces when I asked, I order took about 20 minutes to make. The food tasted great, although the chicken nachos were a little heavy on the jalapenos, it was still good I just take them off. I dropped in on Wednesday to see what was popping, and I met a nice, beautiful lady named Terri. It was very busy in there and she was very attentive and the atmosphere was good. Everybody was having a good time. I stuck around because the vibes were so good, and then the whole atmosphere changed when a younger black female came in, I don't know if she was the owner but she brought the whole mood down for me. She's very arrogant when talking to other people and for me that's not a good look because I'm in the industry. Discussing bar problems about other coworkers is very unprofessional. I shouldn't know everything about everyone, but I do because of all the things I heard. It's a shame when one bad apple spoils the others, and she my friend is a bad apple. I do hope that when I go in there next time, that she is not there. As a matter of fact, I just won't go...
