Why is it every time I come here there is an issue?! For starters, the bathrooms are only opened at the discretion and visual approval of the manager, and the manager opening the door sounds like someone being buzzed into jail or prison. The last time I visited this location, an employee was rude and refused to provide me with another dipping sauce, and did not offer me an option to purchase another. I thought the employee was having a bad day, and decided to dismiss it. This time, they had advertised specials clearly displayed on the outside and inside electronic marquees!!! These specials no longer existed when I tried to order them.
I requested the Butterfly Shrimp combo for $6. I was told by the manager at first that they no longer had the combo. I questioned with a smile and chuckle how they no longer had it when it was clearly advertised on the electronic menu and the outside marquee. The manager nastily replied they had sold out of the special but had the regular butterfly shrimp combo for the regular price. I refused to purchase anything because of the manager's actions.
The manager had a very nasty attitude, and was very rude and condescending to both customers and employees! The manager was yelling at the front counter cashier and into the lobby from behind the counter. Her angry demeanor and presentation deters customers.
The customer service and professionalism this location provides is substandard in comparison to other Popeyes in the city or vicinity. Take the extra 5 min drive to another Popeyes location on either Candler Rd or Panola Rd. I did and the experience was...

My husband had to go inside to retrieve it, after being asked to pull to the front to wait for the order. Sadly, upon arrival we were the only car in the darn drive-thru. When we got the food we were missing a side, I went in and I was beyond pissed and demanded that I receive what we paid for. The extremely rude manager at the counter taking orders was nonchalant and was on her phone for majority of the time we awaited the food. I asked her for the corporate number and she rudely replied āGoogle It!ā This is the reason our neighborhoods get such a terrible āānameā and horrible reviews.. due to the inappropriate workers hired at these facilities. If she doesnāt like her job or customer service she should resign. I am appalled at the lack of concern for all the patrons that were complaining about the service tonight and the reviews are valid.. horrible..horrible..disgusting attitudes and service. Corporate or upper management needs to take a closer look at this location. Iām grateful for the one lady that was preparing food Alice as she replied in such a professional manner and saw to it that I received our missing side. She is a true example of what the other staff should mimic when it comes to delivering superb customer service! Being that I was picking up an order for someone else and there was no line or rush, I asked for a moment and she continued saying āwhat do you want.ā I stated I needed the tenders meal and she said 3 or 5. I hesitated and the attitude, blowing off proceeded. I said 5 and the she asked mild or spicy. Again, this was not for me and I wasnāt sure and with her attitude I did not want to hold her. So I said please cancel the order and let me call them because this is not for me.
