This tea shop has the most customizable menu I have ever seen. I could order a drink with any combination of loose leaf teas combined, hot or cold, various levels of sugar or honey, alternative milks, different types of boba jellies or pearls. Unlike many boba places I have tried, very accommodating for those with food allergies!
For food, they collaborate with other small businesses and bakers - all local - for a scheduled pop-up shop in the tea room throughout the month. The baked goods range from cookies to pot pies and pair well with the teas.
They sell a variety of every major tea category, including black, green, white, jasmine, herbal, infusion, specialty rare teas, seasonal flavors, and dessert teas. Most of the items on their drink menu are also available in 3oz bags. I love that you have a chance to smell the teas from little sample jars on the shelves before purchasing! The smell is accurate to the taste. They also sell different types of strainers and paper tea bags/filters, cups, teapots, and other loose-leaf accessories.
The tea room with the seating/dining area is cute and cozy, perfect for studying or small social gatherings. Local art for sale hangs on the walls. Lots of detail was put into the design of the tea room and the shop. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, and they usually have light music playing in the background - nothing overwhelming. It's a comfortable place to sit for a while and relax if nothing else.
The owners are always friendly, generous, accommodating with customer service, and have recommendations ready since they have a large collection of teas and menu options. I find their chai and butterly pea flower and peach oolong-based drinks exceptional! I have brought many friends and family to the shop and continue to recommend it to folks greater Omaha area. Hope you will have the chance to visit if you haven't already! Wishing them the best in all...
Read moreGiving this rating 2 stars because I still think the tea they sell is excellent and I want to be fair in this review! I have been a fan of this tea shop forever, but I came in a few days ago and I have to say I am beyond disappointed. The only friendly person was the man who owns the shop with his wife. His wife (I apologize I don’t know names) immediately turned her back when I walked in and I wasn’t acknowledged as she was on her phone. This isn’t the first time I’ve been blatantly ignored either by the owner. I have never been greeted by the female owner, only the male owner has had manors, which to him I sincerely appreciate. I thought maybe it was a bad day for her but I don’t believe so anymore. I’m beyond disappointed in what this shop has turned into as well. It’s awesome that they have events, but they cut the amount of tea they carry to show more anime things? I could hardly consider this a tea shop anymore, more of a anime/Japanese themed shop with small amounts of tea options. Also none of the events I’ve seen are even community related, just dnd and anime based. Again, amazing if that’s your thing.. but this tea shop used to be busy and a milestone for the community. I miss when they had seasonal tea on display, and still carried accessories. They had a few accessories but not nearly as much or what I was looking for when I know this shop previously carried it. Like I said, the tea they do carry is still very high quality and the tea you can buy there is amazing. I just very much wish the Japanese vending machines, anime merch, and candy were only a small part instead of the entire shop, and I wish they didn’t cut nearly half the tea in half for the anime look. I unfortunately will be going to a different tea shop after...

I had initially written a review that was misunderstood, I have rewritten it to reflect my experience thus far, fairly and accurately.
I’ve been a customer of this loose leaf tea shop for some time, though I haven’t had the chance to visit recently due to personal life circumstances. When I noticed the store had undergone a name change, I initially assumed it was under new ownership or management. I was informed that due to the owner’s passing, the name change was made as a way to honor her. I found this to be a wonderful way to remember her by. Despite this change, I can say that the tea selection and flavors have consistently been high-quality. The variety is impressive, and it’s clear that effort has been put into curating unique and flavorful blends.
However, I feel it’s important to address the customer service experience, which has unfortunately impacted my overall rating. There has been some personal disagreement between myself and the owner, and I believe it’s essential for any business to maintain professionalism and prioritize customer satisfaction, regardless of personal differences. While I value the quality of the tea, my experience with customer service has left me disappointed.
I hope to see improvements in the customer experience moving forward, as the tea itself is worth returning for. Until then, I’m hesitant to fully recommend the shop, especially for those who place a high value on customer service. I will however mention their products to those searching for a store that has a variety of...
