Asadero Cocina + Cantina — Restaurant in Paradise Valley

We came for the Breakfast Buffet on a weekday morning. The setup was very nice and it was a complete buffet with both hot and cold foods and fresh fruit. The service was good, but as noted, sometimes slow due to lack of help. We enjoyed our meal, and because we were hotel guests, we charged it to our room. The buffet was a bit pricy, but when we were ready to check out, we noticed we were double-charged for it. Food was decent, service left something to be desired. It took us 20 minutes to order, 20 to get drinks, 30-45 minutes to get our food, ect. Our server struggled a little bit with our ordering but did comp a side dish he got incorrect which was nice! He was very nice but he seemed to be the only server at the time. I am a customer of the at the Paradise Valley double tree by Hilton and I tried to eat dinner at this place today. Arrived at 8.02 pm, they didn’t take my order until 8.40.
