This is my favorite Starbucks to go to with my coworkers for a mid-day pick me up but OH MY GOODNESS THIS EMPLOYEE SUCKED!
Whoever was working the window at 1pm on 09/12 at this location needs a ATTITUDE adjustment. She was so rude! I couldn't believe it!
We pulled up to the window she gave us our drinks and did not say a word. I sat there because I also got a cake pop. When she realized we were just sitting there, she just came to the window and starred at. Felt like I was expected to be a mind reader. I finally told her "Oh I am just waiting for my cake pop". No words again and just walked away. She came back to the window and said they didn't have any then JUST TURNED AWAY! We sat there again in our car and she came back.... no words. I asked for two straws and if I could get a refund. NO WORDS AGAIN and turns away. She came back to the window with the scanner thing and just held it out the window. I said "thank you" and she literally JUST TURNED AWAY WITH NO WORDS AGAIN!
This girl needs some happy juice in her life because that attitude...

I was going to write a review but I gave them grace and figured maybe they were just having a bad day. Now fast forward to today. The same two girls are working, they do not greet us or the gentleman who came in behind us. They never smiled even once. The girl who made our iced drink gave it to us warm with the lid not secured and when it spilled at the counter I asked for help and she wordlessly handed me napkins to clean it up myself and then wouldnt take the soiled napkins, she instead told me to throw them away myself! This is on 4/11/24 @3pm so there is no confusion as to who is working this day. I hope corporate reads this and does some retraining. This is a customer service based job. Read moreI went through the drive through this morning and ordered a venti peppermint mocha, paid for my order and sat and waited for about 5 min, I seen 1 barista set my coffee down , then proceeded to continue on with other orders, I finally had to honk to get the drive thru baristas attention and he said what do you need? I asked for my coffee and he said "we are taking our time today so just wait" I told him but I already paid and I've been waiting while you are making the car behind mines orders, and he stated "it's okay you can wait" as the barista who made my coffee heard that she said " her coffee has been right here" he didn't care just proceeded to be rude , told him I was gonna call corporate and he said "I don't care go ahead" ...just ruined my whole morning, I work in Healthcare and went to get a coffee so I could have better day than yesterday and I couldn't have been more...
