I usually don't give bad rating but this place is full of CHEATS and LIARS!!! After a tiring walk, on 10/10/2025 at 14:00 I placed orders for lunch for my father (87yrs) & myself, at the ChickenGuy, Caesars Palace and paid, a total amount of US$30.31 at the counter. The guy who took my order and received my payment (Alfredo G. - so stated on the receipt) told me that my name would be called when the order's ready for pickup. After more than 30 minutes waiting, no sign of my name being called, therefore I went back to the counter to check it out. The person who took my order was not there, instead there were two old women, one skinny short haired asian chinese looking and the other one was short, round, tied braided hair, brown coloured skin - all were far from friendly when I asked what happened to my order. They both looked at my order receipt in a blitz, the brown short round woman glanced quickly to my order receipt and immediately said "but this is long time ago, two hours ago" ... I wonder where did she go to school - taking from 14:00 to 14:36 is two hours! The other old chinese looking woman also followed suit saying: it's been a long time ago. Instead of making an effort to prepare my order, they were just insisting that my order was from hours ago!😡 Finally I asked for my money to be returned, therefore one of those rude women called their supervisor. The supervisor, a tall black woman, was just as impolite as her two workers, even after she realised they were at fault. No apoligies, no kind words. I demanded my money back, she handed over another receipt stating my money would be reimbursed back into my card. Just like that, no explanation why my order never came! While waiting for the supervisor to check on whatever, I challenged the short round woman, why did she say my order was two hours ago. Instead of giving me a decent argument, she told me to shut up, her supervisor is checking into the matter. Shame on...

The word that came to mind while eating my meal was good, average. It by far isn't the best chicken I've had, but it was good enough. Myself and dad both had chicken tenders and fries. My dad had the bbq sauce and I had the original/house sauce and buttermilk sauce. The sauces really helped and catapulted an average chicken tender and fries to good. The texture of the chicken strip was crunchy, similar to a panko onion ring from red Robin's, but lacked any distinguishable flavors. Since the chicken was juicy and crunchy, the texture was nice, but bland. As a result, the sauce you choose will be the shining star (they have roughly a dozen sauces to choose from). The fries had seasoning and tried having a flavor profile, but again were nothing special. They were a standard medium cut fri. The fri seasoning had a mixture of salt, light spice and sugar to give a sweet and savory duality, which was good. The original sauce reminded me of a twist on a thousand island by having immense amounts if dill seasoning, the buttermilk ranch also had dill seasoning, so to differentiate and stand up against the competition. I did like the sauces and without them the meal really would have lacked flavor. It's GOOD but not worth $25 for 3 strips, regular fri and drink. The restaurant is located in the food court in Cesar's Palace and the server taking our order was friendly and helpful. It was busy, being that the hotel itself was at 100% capacity and any added visitors. We ordered our food and were sitting down eating in under 20 minutes of arriving, spending majority of our time waiting in line. They definitely are prepared for the volume of people that come through, having a simplistic menu also helps, and served our...

Fantastic Chicken Strips at Chicken Guy!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the chicken strips at Chicken Guy!, and I must say, they were absolutely fantastic! While I can't speak for the other menu items as I didn't try them during this visit, the chicken strips alone deserve a glowing five-star review.

Highlights:

Irresistible Flavor: The chicken strips at Chicken Guy! were a burst of flavor in every bite. The seasoning was spot-on, creating a delicious and savory experience that left me wanting more. The perfect balance of spices made these chicken strips stand out.

Crispy Perfection: One of the highlights was the crispy exterior of the chicken strips. The batter was just right—crunchy and golden brown. Each strip had a satisfying crunch that added to the overall enjoyment of the dish.

Quality Ingredients: It was evident that Chicken Guy! prioritizes quality ingredients. The chicken used for the strips was tender and juicy, reflecting a commitment to providing a top-notch dining experience.

While I can't vouch for the other offerings on the menu, if you're a fan of chicken strips, Chicken Guy! is a must-visit. The exceptional flavor, crispy texture, and quality ingredients make these chicken strips a standout item...

My Dad and I are very big fans of both chicken and Guy Fieri. So, when we saw “Chicken Guy” in Caesars Palace, we knew we had to try it! My Dad ordered the “CG Classic” and I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad as well as a side of fries. When we received our food, we were disappointed to find that the fries were cold (and very small for $5!), the sandwich was cold, and the salad was the Mexican Street Corn Salad instead of the Chopped Chicken Caesar. When my Dad went up to get the correct salad, the Chicken Guy employee took the chicken off the Mexican Street Corn Salad with her hands, and then placed it on a (hopefully new) Caesar salad. There were pieces of corn that were transferred as well, and I have an allergy to corn!!! Needless to say, we were NOT impressed, and did not eat the food. What’s puzzling to me is that on the bottom of our Chicken Guy! receipt, is that it says, “Thank you for visiting us at Bobby’s!”, referring to Bobby’s Burger’s stall which is next to Chicken Guy! at the Caesars Palace food court. So who’s running this place? Guy Fieri or Bobby Flay? If they’re in business together, you can (and should) AVOID BOTH!

I’m not going to comment on price because it’s Vegas and options are limited so prices are sky high. I went here at normal lunch time 12-1 and the line was fairly long but not too bad, even with 3 conferences going on. Approx time 10-15 min I ordered the chicken salad, which is the only salad option for $20. If you try to order online you get a $1 service fee charge so unless you’re in a hurry or don’t care I would wait in line. The salad comes with a vinaigrette, it’s ok, I probably would’ve substituted for ranch but who knows how much that upgrade will cost you. Service was fast, listen for your number so you don’t wait. It’s on the top or bottom of your receipt. The seating is food court style so scout out seating ahead of time or sent a representative to save seats. Overall the salad was as described. It was filling and fresh and I liked the addition of the peppers. I would come here again for a quick bite to eat.
