Review:

I had an appalling experience at the Starbucks inside Caesar’s Palace food court. As a Seven Stars member, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, but what I encountered was shockingly poor customer service.

I ordered an iced espresso with whipped cream, and the employee who made my drink threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me. I was stunned by her rude demeanor but tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. When I asked for a straw, she aggressively grabbed one and threw it at me as well. At that point, I asked her if everything was okay, genuinely concerned about her behavior.

Another employee stepped in, but instead of resolving the situation, the rude employee muttered, ā€œI’m not dealing with this anymore,ā€ and walked to the back. No one offered an explanation or an apology for what had happened, leaving me feeling completely disrespected.

I later shared the incident with my friends, who told me they had similar experiences earlier with other employees. It seems like this location has a pervasive culture of rudeness, which is incredibly disappointing. Shame on Starbucks for employing such unprofessional staff and allowing such behavior to reflect on their company and brand.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks, and it’s clear that better training and management are needed at this location. Avoid...

Google Local Guide Review for the Celebrity Food Court at Caesars Palace

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Celebrity Food Court at Caesars Palace is a lifesaver when you want a quick but quality bite in the middle of all the Vegas action. As Las Vegas streamers, we love showing people the best places to grab food without the hassle of long waits or reservations, and this spot delivers.

My go-to? Pick your favorite dish here—maybe Bobby’s Burgers It hits the spot every time, whether I’m between live streams or just taking a break from walking the Strip.

One of the best things about this food court is the variety—you can grab a meal from some of the biggest names in the culinary world without breaking the bank. It’s a great option for both tourists and locals looking for a reliable, casual meal inside Caesars.

Pro tip: If you're here during peak hours, expect...

The manager of the Forum Food Court, Cedrick (I believe), has been astoundingly unprofessional and hateful during our trip. He shooed a guest in our party away and treated her with the utmost disrespect. A statement regarding his behavior will be written. It has affected our overall experience at Cesars and I doubt we will come back. Very disappointed in his customer service. Furthermore, several guest services representatives (not necessarily all) have been incredibly unreliable and insensitive and made us jump through hoops on multiple occasions. There is a glaring communication issue between departments that has made our stay very stressful. Thankfully, the security shift manager, Rebecca, and her staff handled the situation with grace...

Each vendor here is by a celebrity. Located in Caesar palace. You can get chicken, Mexican, Korean, Italian, American. We got Chicken Guy by Guy Fieri and BV Pizzaria by Bobby Valastro. I’ve had better chicken strips. The flavor was lacking. It’s pounded flat like chicken fried steak. The sauce helped. NY pizza is not my thing so I didn’t like the pizza. We got boss and pepperoni. Boss has pepperoni and sausage. $12.99 per slice. $60.99 for whole. This food hall is great for quick easy dining. Plenty of seats.

To the Starbucks branch here at the Cesar's Palace food court, please hire people who do not have attitude and will not tell me that I am wrong when I try to order a "cupcake frappuccino." I was told that I ordered a "coffee frappuccino," which was completely different from what I said. The lady even shrugged me off when I explained what a cupcake frappuccino was! It was hilarious but frustrating at the same time! Also, PLEASE don't put these on your cups if your staff is not willing to "make it right." Thanks!
