5 of us came here for lunch today during peak lunch hour. The parking lot was super easy to park in and we ran inside to put our name down on the list. They had signs saying that they won the ramen award in 2016 for Las Vegas.
It would've made it easier if they took reservations, but given how popular they are, it makes sense that they don't need reservations. Our wait was about 15 minutes long and the waiters were very efficient at turning the tables around. I was even thinking that next time I might do take away because they were efficiently packing ramen to go, carefully packing the noodles and broth separately as to not mess up their masterpiece.
Once seated, the waitress took our drink orders, then lunch orders. They were quick, kind, and to the point. We ordered a chicken kaarage for the table, which I only took a bite of because I was saving room for the ramen. It was hot and tasty, but the batter was a little slimy in texture--interesting observation, I know! I ordered the Tori Ramen, which is made with chicken broth and has chicken chashu. I was starving and it was delicious! I did think it was a little too salty for my liking, and next time I'd likely add the spice bomb to give it more of a kick, but all in all, it was very good! I didn't even leave a drop--that's how hungry I was. The rest of the table ordered different types of ramen with different added toppings--everyone really enjoyed their food but also thought it was on the salty side.
The food tasted good, customer service was great, and it was pretty cheap--$7.50 for the chicken ramen! Restaurant and restroom were also very clean. Will definitely be back--and can't forget to bring the stamp card! 4 ramen stamps = 1 free appetizer, and I'm looking forward to trying the gyoza next time!

Read moreIve been going here for three years one of them I live far and drove 20 min but ordered about once or twice a month then I moved closer and began to order about 3or4times a month more during the cold weather. I do take out and dine in and I order extra EVERYTIME so I can have some for the next day so usually my orders come out anywhere between $50 and $70. I never complain. The cashiers and waitresses are always great I dont have a problem and some even know my order by heart and know me by name they recognize my phone number for goodness sake. When I dine in my order is different portions then my to go I dont complain ever. This last time I went I asked for a dressing that is worth .50 cents. The owner came from around the corner to tell the cashier she had to charge me. I had spent over $70 and the "side salad" I'm not kidding looked like 3 pieces of garnish. I couldve paid the .50 cents yes but I only had card and I had already paid and there is a minimum of $5 so not only is my side salad always 3 pieces of garnish that I never complained about but he couldnt give me the dang dressing! I was going to make my own salad like I always have! Im never going back and I will no longer reccomend this place not because of the food or service from the employees but because of the owner. Im sorry but if a loyal paying customer wants a .50 cent dressing side that cost you .15 cents to make you give it to them. Because youre going to make hundreds off of them shortly me specifically in about a month/month and a half. Customers are everything especially in small business. Ive managed many and this disgusted me. Poor service from the owner doesnt deserve my money because if he treated me poorly that I give him money guess what hes probably treating his...
Read moreThis place was my go to ramen place but after the service I’ve been getting and the quality of the food ; I’m never coming back . There was a Japanese lady that barely spoke any English , we had to repeat everything atleast 3 times for her to understand only for her to get our order wrong . We have frequented this place and we know there was a girl there who spoke perfect English there and she was just walking around , seeing us struggle to talk to this lady while there was no other customers but us . She brought me the wrong noodles and so I told her that they weren’t what we asked for , she verbally fought with me , raising her voice at me telling me that it was what I ordered , proceeded to bring me what she wrote down for the order . I’ve never ordered anything but the spicy fukumimi so I know for a fact that I didn’t order anything else , she repeated the order and even said spicy fukumimi . She refused to take it back , she brought me siriacha telling me that I could fix it ? Meanwhile this was also happening to the guy infront of us , she was also being rude to him but she brought him the correct spices and told us that she couldn’t do anything but give us fish oil and siriacha . She told me she would take my plate and charge me for a whole other plate of the correct noodles I ordered , I told her to cancel everything , no one came to help me or my boyfriend , my boyfriend still ate and they didn’t pick any of our empty plates or drinks , cans trash , didn’t come to ask how we were , she just completely ignored us afterwards . Terrible experience and is only...
