Taqueria El Tizon Grill #2 — Restaurant in Paradise

When in today January 8, 2024 at 2:35 pm to eat at Tacos El Tizón #2 on Tropicana and Eastern. There’s a cashier by the name Diego at the register. I had some Inquiries about the menu prices, right away he became hostile and rude and said “He doesn’t know anything about the menu up there that the register has another price, he has nothing to do with that” then I asked him prices for other items on the menu board and once again he gave me a different price from what is being advertised, I asked are all the prices wrong up on the menu board he replied “I don’t know nothing I just work here if you want to talk to the owner you can I just started working here I don’t know anything about the prices I’m just the cashier” he was very upset with an unprofessional tone and attitude body language hands moving in the air.. all over questions he couldn’t handle to answer as a cashier. I don’t recommend this place to anyone if they’re going to experience bad service ignorance and attitude all thanks to the owners who cant properly train their family members, friends or employees correctly and give poor customer service to guests at their...

I called on a Wednesday, wanting 150 tacos for Friday. I wasn't sure if it was possible due to being short notice. Maria, the owner, took the order and assured me she could make it happen. She also accommodated us having to split the order one for lunch and the second pick up for later that afternoon. I went to pick up the order to take it back to work on Friday. Everything was ordered to perfection. The service was great. They included the salsa, cilantro, onions, and grilled jalapeños. This is my favorite fast Mexican food restaurant in my neighborhood, my family and I absolutely love this place. The tacos are amazing, the food tastes so great! Everyone we introduce to this place makes it a stop every time they are on the east side of town, it’s that’s good. You must try their fresh juices and spicy carrots, so yummy!

There are only 3 things I don’t like about them.

1. they don’t have a drive through.
2. they close kinda early.
3. their name is hard to remember, I just call it “Tits on” now.
