7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Paragould

I'm not sure what's happening at our local 7brew. The drinks taste different and the politeness is lacking. The drink for the month of November is a green apple smoothie. My granddaughter has ask for this drink on 3 different occasions this month. The previous 2 times we were told they were out of the green apple. Today we were told that they didn't even know they had a green apple smoothie that they had no idea what we were talking about when I pointed out the 12 month menu for 2025. They said they had green apple syrup but it wasn't for smoothies. I'm including a photo of the 12 months drinks for 2025 from 7 Brew. This is easily the worst 7 Brew I've been to. I like 7 Brew as the coffee is reliably the same across all locations, except for this one. On the three separate occasions I've gone here, my coffee has either been wrong, cold when I ordered something hot, or a combination of both. Half the staff were polite, but you could tell none were happy to be there. This is definitely one of those locations where you can tell the owner does not take pride in their buisness and is just in it for the money. Additionally, this is one of the only 7 Brew locations in Arkansas that does not honor the Military Discount when in uniform, whereas all the other locations will. If you're wanting coffee save yourself the trouble and just go to the Starbucks...

We left because we were ignored and never helped. We pulled up behind a vehicle that was receiving their drinks because it was the shortest lane, there were 2 vehicles in the other lane. All the vehicles in the longer lane were gone as we sat behind the one vehicle and realized they were just chatting and had already received their drinks. We decided to be patient instead of moving to the open lane but they continued talking for 5 more minutes and not one person bothered to take our order.
