If you dont keep up with your payments yes they will come get your stuff youve rented

If you rent something it will cost more because your renting it if you buy something plan on asking for a brand new product not used yes i have been using a rent a center for bout a uear yea i found a a bunk bed the mattresses ended up having bed bugs the mattresses were used they came from another person's house and you know what happened they gave me the entire bunk bed had someone come to my house and spray my house and also gave me a voucher for a free item or not a free item but a item in the store from a payoff that I didn't even pay the Bed off this store actually takes there word for there service its up to the customer do there part to get great service i have been screwed by rent one Arons and payless rent a center as always had something and delivered it and if i couldnt make my payment they worked with me knowing i am paying that item off im not sending it back Even new employee s ive never met and went in there done businesses with set me up and made my purchase perfect you just need to know what your doing when...

My son bought a cell phone through them, only got a 77 day same as cash instead of 90 days. He has now paid over $1600.00 on this phone and they are saying that he still owes over $2600.00 to pay it off. Was told by a RAC employee in front of witness that they only paid between $400-$600 for the samsung phones that they sell, so they are basically charging around $4000.00 interest on the phone! When I told what was said about the phone, I was told I was misinformed about what they pay. I asked the guy if he was saying that the employees were lying, he said no, that is what I was saying! Very hokey guy and very rude! I am going to have my son to take the phone and give it back and he can get one somewhere else that is honest and doesn't take advantage of people. Infested with bed bugs. I got a section no later than 10 days later i realized it had some. So I called them. They wanted to wait until 5 days to do anything unless I just wanted to send it back. So to prevent the infestation from spreading, I sent the items back. They claimed they were clean and clear but wouldn’t even load them into their own delivery truck.
