ALDI — Local services in Paragould

The middle aged (about 50 most likely) blonde curly headed woman working tonight need to be trained in customer service. Extremely rude. Would have rather shopped elsewhere and will from now on. Told me to insert my card & when inserted my card she told me that I needed to remove it and swipe it, while she was not done scanning my item. She then said, “go ahead and bag your stuff here. Or don’t it doesn’t matter.” What would you like me to do? Proceed with payment or bag my groceries? Couldn’t tell you her name because she didn’t have a name tag. But told me when I said I was unsure if it would allow me to swipe it then that, “I’ve been working all day so you’re going to have to swipe it.” The customer behind me was confused as well, and even more confused when she put his item in the cart that I was bagging my groceries from. Point blank if the cashiers are customer facing they need to be good with customers. I will drive thirty-five minutes to target before I shop at this location again. Aldi is my go-to for groceries, especially when I’m watching my budget. They are always well stocked, clean, organized, and it’s fun to see what they have in their Aldi finds section. I’ve gotten some incredible deals on things like toys, home decor, kitchen items and more. I’m not a big wine drinker but I’ve heard so many good things about their selection and quality. This small grocery store with mostly in-house brands but they also carry some name brands. The price is usually reasonable and the quality is not bad at all. The produce is a nice section and it usually has the better prices compared to other stores. The other sections of the store are good too. You do have to lease a cart for a quarter and pay for your own bags, of course neither of these are requirements and you can bring your own bags if you want or use boxes within the store.
