Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Paris

I normally do not write bad reviews. But Dominos in Paris,TX deserves one. I can usually say something good or at least fair about any place. We used to order a fair amount from them. But the last 3x just take the cake. Let's just start with the last 2 times. Food was exceptionally cold, and the wing order was not just cold but also missing a wing. The wings are small to begin with, but there was only 7. Now today 3/9/22 We called in 3 Italian sandwiches they only sent 2. OK sometimes stuff happens. We call again. Hey, you messed up our order. Please send out the other sandwich. Ok waiting, and waiting, and yet again waiting. So we call yet again It says it been delivered... After about 10-15 minutes on hold we get 3 different people to pick up the phone. Wife asked for a manager, again and again.The manager Rodney wouldn't come to the phone. Finally he gets on the phone calls my wife a liar, (not in so many words) said the driver came to the door. Our door was open waiting for the driver. (Rodney told us his driver had no reason to lie) Why would my wife we were waiting for the sandwich? We have cameras nobody came to our door till about 6:35. And again our door was wide open!! When we finally got this sandwich it was cold and hard. If you want we probably could pull up the footage on the front door, of when they said it was completed. Grand total time spent to get 3 sandwiches. From approximately 4:00pm to approximately 6:35 pm. Ordering from Domino's used to be a treat. Last few times have NOT proven...

I would give zero stars if it was an option. For the second time in a week I ordered online from Dominoes. Each time the pizza was in "quality check" for over 45 minutes. Therefore my pizza was just sitting under a heat lamp. I called the store the first time and the manager on duty apologized, and remade the order stating he wanted me to have fresh pizza and understood my concerns. The second time (last night) same thing happened in quality check for 50 minutes I call the store and voice my concerns once again. Not only was the man who answered the phone rude, he was confrontational. He stated they were short handed and long wait times should be expected but when i ordered it online my approximate wait time was 36-46 minutes. It once again sat under a heat lamp for more than 36 minutes. Alex canceled my order and was unapologetic. He also told me to suck a D. After he was told I would be calling the store owner, and franchise to make complaints about him. How an employee can tell a customer to suck a D and remain employed in beyond me. Dominoes will no longer have my business. Thanks to the disrespectful...

These guys are the best... Thinking they closed at 1am I placed an order at what it turned out to be very last minute around 11:50. Once I realized my mistake I rushed to the store & lo & behold they were still there at 20 after, probably waiting on me. I’m a pretty regular patron at this location at least a few times a month sometimes more, & the food is always good & the service too. But tonight they went above & beyond, waited on me & were absolutely friendly and polite about the whole situation not even a hint of irritation or aggravation.? A lot of places will close 20 minutes earlier than posted or at least not accept an order so close to closing. These guys didn’t even want or expect a tip which I happily gave anyway.. & would have given more but they could not accept/break my $50..They deserve some major commendation!! If I can find out who was working I’m going to buy them lunch or coffee or something.
