Wendy's — Restaurant in Paris

This place was a mess the other evening. An employee walked out. It took 40 minutes to get our food. We actually ended up with "2" identical orders, and since we only paid for 1, I won't complain about the food too much. Nuggets were cold, both times. All the employees, including the mgr, just walked around complaining about someone walking out. Rather than everyone just working as a team to overcome the situation, they shut everything down and planned on closing early. Very poor customer service. Restaurant was filthy. Mgr just screamed at the other employees. The little tiny girl at the register looked to be a newer employee and she was just trying her best, everyone else was a joke. Maybe mgmt should consider "WHY" the other girl walked out. If I were working under her, I might have done the same thing. Also, don't put kids in mgmt positions they are not mature enough to handle. This was our 3rd try at this place and was our last, sorry to say. We love Wendy's, but not this one. Get some new mgmt that can.speak to staff in a respectful way and a good cleaning, maybe you will be able to retain staff as well...

Long wait in order to "cook food per order because it was almost closing time"(which it was half an hour until closing time, but O.K. I thought to myself. At least our food will be hot and fresh). Well, I ordered chili-they were out of chili. So I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, and a small chocolate Frosty. After 15 minutes, the burger was cold, the fries were so cold that I'm not sure they weren't still partially frozen or cooked 6 hours beforehand, and the Frosty came in an extra small, kiddie-size cup. My husband got a medium Frosty and it came in a small drink cup and his burger and fries were cold just like mine. The only thing that was hot and fresh were the chicken nuggets go my daughter. They were out of spoons for the Frostys and out of all sizes of cups except for a small. Being out of spoons and cups, I could understand and wasn't a problem really. The staff was unfriendly and we had to repeat the order three different times. We've always enjoyed going here so we were pretty disappointed and will not be returning anytime in the...

I went to Wendy's today for a DoorDash pick up. I waited my turn in line and told the girl at the counter what I was there for. I watched her pick up the receipt and not turn it in. I waited 5 minutes and then 10 minutes and watched order after order go out from the counter to customers in the store. I understand they were busy but finally after waiting about 15 minutes she decided to fix the drink and bag the cookie for the order. And bag the fries and chicken nuggets. I have worked in fast food so I know she made me wait on purpose because of it being a delivery order. If you are a fellow dasher, I would highly suggest doing deliveries with other restaurants because this location will make it difficult for you and your delivery customer on purpose.
