Arby's — Restaurant in Park City

Late January of this year 2023, 11 months ago this should of posted but it went to drafts. We look forward to what it'll look like here in a few weeks for Valentine's Day! My Husband and I went here after we dropped off our Harley at Twister City. I wasn't feeling the "usual" and he decided we should go to Arby's because it was close by. When we walked into the first set of doors, it was like walking into a romantic getaway restaurant!!! My Husband and I have been on what we call an endless honeymoon for almost a year now since we got married and we really enjoy seeing, experiencing and having adventures together and THIS WAS SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL!!! The atmosphere was romantic to the tip top perfection!!! The staff was so very welcoming, professional, warm, humorous and very quick to get our order taken and delivered in a fast manner! The roast beef sandwich, curly fries and cherry turnover was so very delicious! It hit the spot! I felt like we was on a honeymoon for real and it made me feel so much more in love, so connected to my Husband. I also felt appreciated and felt the love, the carefully placed items that brought on special feelings of the upcoming love holiday. This is a MUST SEE, especially if you want to have a date with that special someone to where it's welcoming, romantic, where you feel appreciated and excited for the love holiday, this is the place to go!!! Plus service and food, epically amazing!!! I've never seen a restaurant look so absolutely festive, so creative and so giving to the community in the decorations as this Arby's has. Go check it out!!! Only regret I have is not seeing it during Christmas, I bet it was very breathtakingly...

Walked inside, kid at register smirked & walked away. A manager was working the 2nd register helping a customer with a large order. The manager asked the kid what he was doing, he said he didn't want to work the register, she replied, you're assigned there, you need to go help. The kid shook his head no, still smirking. The manager repeated he needed to help the customer(me), because she was busy, the kid walked over & stared at me, I asked if he was okay, he just stood there with a smirk, I asked if he was going to take my order & he turned & walked away. I left but called, the manager answered, I asked for corporates #, she apologized & said she was going to take care of the situation but did encourage me to call the GM, she gave me his number. I called, the gentleman was very apologetic & stated he would look into what happened & why, he asked for my address so he could send me gift cards & stated he hoped I would give Arby's another chance, I told him I would once I recieved the gift cards.... that was about 2 months ago, still nothing. Integrity, customer service & responsibility start at the top, this Arby's has shown me they are fundamentally incompetent & oblivious to true customer service &/or appreciation. The immediate manager atleast tried but the whole experience...

Not impressed, I asked for a wheat or multi grain bun, which Arby's used to offer, I said I didn't want an onion bun on my beef and cheddar, not only did they not have an affordable option for healthier buns or bread but they gave me the onion bun. I wanted to get the $ chicken box thing but I wasn't allowed to get it plain nor have the sauce on the side, I was told to just order chicken nuggets. Well chicken nuggets and fries together cost more. This is why I rarely eat at Arby's anymore, only went this time because someone else was paying. Won't be back. FYI the $5 chicken thing has way way to much sauce . There also needs to be a non spicy option, I couldn't even get just...
