Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Parker

I have gone here a few times. One time I had came in to order and as I was standing next in line the girl that was going to take my order looked me in the eyes and just skipped me. I was standing right in front of her. But whatever I went back again some weeks later and there was a pretty long line. But I still waited. And as I was waiting I noticed that all of the young employees were just goofing off. The back kitchen was a mess! Lettuce was all over the floor and on the back table there was food scattered everywhere. There was pans laying on the floor. I tried not to pay no mind because I was on my 30min lunch break and I was up next to order. And as I was ordering the young man was rushing my order! He would get annoyed every time I told him what I wanted and kept telling me “THATS IT?!” Like jeez what was up with that?! And now this past Sunday I decided to order online and pick up inside for I can avoid the bad customer service. Well about 5hrs later I was viciously vomiting nonstop for 18hrs!!! I had got food poisoning from here!!! I suggest going else where to avoid contaminated food!!! I had horrible diarrhea, vomiting, fever of 101.5, body aches, headaches and chills!!! I couldn’t even keep water down! This place just needs to be shut down! I was on the verge to rush to the ER because of this place!!! I’m warning EVERYONE!!! This place gave me horrible food poisoning!!! Shut this place DOWN ASAP before someone actually dies of contaminated food!!!!!!...

This is the best chipoltle. Ive eaten chipoltle for years, had it hundreds thousands of times. All blend together, but today, today at the mainstreet parker location i had a barito better than anything ive ever tasted. I do not know the mans name who made this he had black hair and glasses and if any manager is reading this was on the line at around 8pm on 5/16/18. If you do not make him a global trainer you do the company a disservice. Ive never had such a perfect barito and my order is not easy. Every bite perfection. Normally its a sloppy mess but tonight its perfect to the last bite. I do not know where this saint of a man came from but i am completely full and im legitamately considering driving back to get another because its just that good. So so happy to know that this is the closest chipoltle to me now and i wish chipoltle would publically post employee scheduals so i can go get dinner whenever this saint is on the line. Best chipoltle ever! - we just went back again, the wonderful mans name is martin, our dinner conversation tonight included topics like "i wish i was a millionare so i could hire martin to make me these every day," "could we get 15 of these and freeze them so we can have them at all times," and "we may explode if we go back have another one, but its worth it."...

This employee right here... she is what make me never want to come back to this place.

I want to preface this review by saying that this has been my favorite chipotle to go to. Ingredients are always fresh eveyine until today has been so good at customer service. There is a shift lead we come to see because he is fantastic.. and people loved to work when he's around.

Today. My husband and I stopped in to get our lunch and this employee rolled her eyes at the line forming, visibly started getting angry that CUSTOMERS were coming into a store that is customer driven. I ordered a bowl and my husband a quesadilla. This woman added what looked to be a teaspoon of cheese and a table spoon of sour cream even though I said I would pay for extra. When she shook her head in annoyance of my customization of my order she yelled something in a different language and looked around the corner to the back to a manager. She neglected to put lettuce on my bowl and complete refused to put corn on my bowl. The cashier was so sweet and quiet and could tell she wanted to fix what the angry line person was doing towards customers..

All I can say is DO BETTER... It's Mothers Day/ weekend/ lunchtime.. if you don't like working... quit.. or find a job that doesn't involve customer...
