I had my sons 4th party here. the over all party was good, The kids had lots of fun. when it came time for pizza and cake is when it al went down hill. first of all the pizza package was suppoused to be $14.95 and we got charged $44.95 (huge difference)when i complained about it all they said is theres nothing we can do about it. I was livid by this point. Our pizza was cold by the time it was served to us. Then we got 10 min. to eat the pizza and the party host said its time for cake. 3-4 yr old dont eat that fast! duh.. so none of the kids were done eating yet. so we served the cake they ate the cake and i asked the party host can we do presents now and she said. we never have partys open presents here theres just not enough time. UGH!!! what??? opening presents at a party is part of a birthday party. so then i asked is there anywhere in the building that we can open presents? she said ill go ask. she was gone for 15 mins. and came back and said that we could go over in the cafe in the corner and open presents so not having a choice we all went in to a corner of the cafe and opened presents it was kahos!!! I will never ever come here again for a party. we paid over $300 for the party and got barley 2 hours there for the whole thing. when i complained to the emoployee she said im sorry but theres nothing we can do for you we have 12 partys booked today so were on a schedule. the onlye thing they did to compensate me was 5 free all day passes. which is hardly enough. luckily my kids like to go so i will use the passes. if your looking for a birthday party place for your child go somewhere else they are all expensive no matter where you go and this place just had the worst customer service. not a party place its better as a place to take your kids for the day not a party!!! they have no idea what they are doing when...

My husband and I purchased the Get Out Pass for our kids to use however the passes were under our name. Because the names didn’t match our children they still made me pay. This wasn’t a problem a year ago when I came. They claim to have "discounted" me one child, but if that were the case only one of my passes would show "redeemed" instead of both. So they redeemed my passes making them unavailable to use again, and made me pay when I shouldn’t have had to pay at all. I was mistaken and assumed their hours were 9-5 as they are on Fridays, but found out after purchasing that they close at 1. We arrived at 12 and the staff did not inform me they were only open for another hour. In addition to this, their equipment is filthy and falling apart. Literal dust bunnies collecting on everything and half the toys are broken. My review accounts for all previous visits and if they saw into my account they would see I've visited multiple times now. I cant speak for how clean it was today, however, I have noticed the little blue climbing structure that touches the wall of the ramp filled with dust bunnies the 3 times I have visited prior. That is unacceptable but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. The vet station is broken, the ride on cars are broken-dont have steering wheels, the light game by the playground doesn't work half of the time to name a few. The staff are pretty nice. Price is decent. Safe location. Nice area to play if it was clean, people watched their kids, and no sick kids were allowed.

Place is decent I guess. Parents aren’t watching their kids. Seen a lady with a bunch of tattoos daycaring about 5 kids sitting on her phone the whole time while one of her kids threw a large heavy toy into the crawler area were my daughter was. Could of hit my daughter! The staff should be walking around more watching rather then just sitting in the front... bathrooms were super dirty and smelled like dirty diapers. Parking is decent if not that many people are there. Be careful we’re you put your strollers and items. I placed mine and these lady’s boxed in my stroller knowing I was sitting at that specific table in so I could barely get it out while holding my daughter and they wouldn’t budge so I can get it out easier. Run into rude people every day just never think it’s be like that at a place for children. 😔 There’s kids running around coughing and sick not covering their mouth. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back. I don’t want my daughter hurt or sick. This being said.
