I normally order pizza every 2 weeks on the weekends I just placed a order online for pick up no one greeted me as they normally do by saying welcome to Marco’s or even thank you before leaving but that’s fine my complaint is the service on today I go to pick up my order after waiting for 4 minutes someone finally comes but skipped over me standing up front but ask the person that just walked up how May I help you SIR ! I got upset but kept my cool the guy apologized he thought I had already ordered ( I ordered online for pick up ) but I was still there first and skipped over not even acknowledged until after the gentleman order and then the guy at the register asked, how may I help you? I said I was there to pick up. He throws my food on the counter and said the next customer normally they would ask if I needed anything else I had to interrupt him to ask for plates and condiments for my pizza after placing them on top of my pizza who quickly went to the next customer without asking me if that’s all I need it which I’ll need it garlic butter as well. I informed him they don’t give you the option to ask for consummate as far as garlic butter or anything else, but I would like some he told me the price I told him no thank you, I didn’t want to swipe my card for $.50 the last time this happened they just gave me the garlic butter because they know that it does not have the option for consummate such as garlic butter or anything else on the app and they would apologize and give it to me complementary, but I feel like I was not acknowledged enough to finish my order or my transaction when I was there first and had to wait until he took another customers order and my pizza was not as hot when I arrived home, I only live three minutes away to make this short I feel like they need people with customer service skills. I went there around 9:35-9:40, the lady or manager whoever didn’t greet us ad we walked in and we even stood at the counter for at least 6 minutes before she decided to come and take our order…and her greeting was nothing but a stare. I asked her a simple question regarding the $8.99 large 2 topping pizza since my husband had walked to order a large 2 topping pizza for $8.99 which is what you have to say or show to get the price of the $8.99 showed online (mind you I know for a fact that was the price since the previous visit the nice lady at the counter rung us up for 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $8.99 each) and she tells my husband it’s only large 1 topping pizza for $8.99, I asked her well when did it change when we came here 2 days ago and ordered a large 2 topping pizza for $8.99 with i believe an employee’s named Vicky, she immediately goes “you don’t have to be rude” (mind you I wasn’t yelling but her tone was high and rude) but I wasn’t, I simply asked her a question, my response was “I’m not being rude I’m simply asking you when did it change when I just came here 2 days ago and ordered the same thing wi to Vicky, actual you’re being rude with the attitude” her response was “well I don’t know but I know it says right here 1 topping but you can get out of my store” “I’m calling the police” which is what they love to threaten a black person with (eye rolls), Marco’s Pizza owner…no need to reply to my review, you ask for feedback but do nothing to the employees when they’re...
Read moreI wish I could give zero stars the WORST customer service I ever got in my whole life and I’m 30 I work doing customer service so for me to get treated this way is completely insane!
