THIS SONIC STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS!!!
Beware. I was double charged on my debit card on 10/15 for my meal totaling $31.69. I called within an hour of my visit and was told by the MOD Jesus that their system does double charge customers sometimes but usually corrects itself, but if not, to come in for a cash refund. I called this morning to coordinate coming in and was told by the MOD Kaitlyn or Kaylin that their GM was the only one who could issue a refund and he wasn’t in today. When I asked her for the District Managers number, she rudely told me, “That isn’t how this is going to work.” And refused to give me the number. I called the 1-800 on my receipt and was basically told by that representative that the store is who has the info and they’re not going to give me to me, but they did send a message to the District Manager to give me a call. He did, and I had my husband follow up with Matt. Matt was also unprofessional and rude, and talked over my husband. Matt said “they’re only showing one transaction in their system”, the same system their manager Jesus told me DOES double charge customers, so I have little confidence in what their system shows, and basically there’s nothing they can do about it, that it was our banks error. We verified with our bank that it was TWO SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS with two transaction numbers. A screenshot of our banking app was sent to Matt and he still offered no help. Read moreI've never been to this location. I just stopped for a large Coke while doing my route. I am a mobile pet groomer and my van doesn't fit in the stalls or the drive thru. I walked up to the patio where two tables were set upright. There was a sign apologizing for the card reader not working on one sign, but no other indication the signs weren't working. So I pushed the button and waited. The sign said they would be right with me. 2 cars finished in the drive thru and still nothing so I pushed the other signs button thinking maybe that one didn't work at all. Still nothing. Two employees walked in and out and didnt say anything. 2 more cars went through the drive thru. I finally knocked on the door and asked if maybe the buttons aren't working. The girl said they are drive thru only. Seriously? I sat out there for 10 minutes waiting and no one could tell me that?? When I told her I couldn't go through the drive thru she got snippy and said she would turn the ordering button back on. There were no signs or anything stating they are drive thru only and no one bothered to even let me know while I was sitting there waiting. Very rude. Read moreI ordered a triple dill smasher, I asked for no smasher sauce or onions, and got the burger back with onions. My cherry limeade had pickled Boba in it after I asked twice to the lady that took my order for a RT regular cherry limeade. The fries tasted like they had been reheated. When I talked to the manager, his name I believe was Ivan. Did not seem to care and still got my food back wrong. I went back 4 days later got a small mozzarella stick and a medium strawberry fruit slush, and I got a limeade and no mozzarella sticks. I think that this manager does not teach employees well, or doesn't care enough to fix customers issues. I called the store and it sounded like a young teenager answered the phone, I asked to speak to a manager and he was very rude and hung up the phone on me. This place is terrible. Food is never right. The general manager which I assume the Ivan guy, needs to be fired. He clearly does not know how to run the place. The employee i really appreciate that tried helping was a wonderful girl named Alyssa. Such a sweet girl. Next time I'm gonna call corporate. This manager needs to learn...
