I’d also like to add the fact that you’re trying to say I’m an idiot for asking for purple roses. That definitely does exist by the way. You have to change the ph of the soil to do so and they aren’t naturally occurring but they do exist. Try to do some research about the business you’re claiming to be an expert in first. Let’s not demean the customer for asking a generalized question about a certain color. Anyone still reading this know, I’m not out to get the small business. Quite frankly I could care less. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your customer service and the stunning arrangement you designed for our loved one's funeral. Living in another state 1000 miles away, and not able to travel because of the virus, I had to choose a florist online in Parkersburg based on reviews I read. God definitely lead me to the right one. Because we could not be with our loved ones, it was important that we sent something meaningful. I placed my order online. Within a couple of hours, Crown Florals called me and let me know that their supply was coming in the day of the funeral, and there was a slight chance that what I had chosen could come in late for unforeseen reasons. I appreciated that extra mile of customer service from 1000 miles away during this sad time. That kindness gave me assurance that what ever they replaced it with would be fine. And it was! What a treat when you enter this store! It truly takes me back to my childhood of dreaming about a soda shop with all the goodies, and the beautiful decor! Every season this store has gorgeous displays . If you want a pick me up , go in this store. The fudge they make and the nuts they roast, fills all your sensory/ sweet needs! Trust me.. this store has it all. Also, , can’t say enough about the employees at this store. They are always kind and accommodating.. So, if you’re in the Parkersburg West Virginia area , this is a MUST STOP!! You will be delighted! Remember…. They decorate for every season so , sometimes they might be in a transition.
