Wendy’s is lucky to have such an exceptional employee! The guy with the long hair at the register provided outstanding service during my visit, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and positive attitude that made me feel welcome. He was quick to take my order and showed great attention to detail, making sure every part of my meal was prepared exactly as I requested. It’s clear that he genuinely care about providing a great experience for customers, and it made my visit truly enjoyable.

Not only was he efficient and professional, but they also created a friendly and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for my entire day. He was patient and kind, even as the line grew busy, and handled every interaction with grace and enthusiasm. His exceptional service made a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location knowing he is part of the team. We had a terrible experience at this location. The first thing was that they couldn't scan your reward apt without a manager and the 2nd thing was they could not print a receipt. We also noticed a lot of people waiting in the back for their food. One guy was dressed in a suit and had an appointment and he had been waiting half and hour for his food. They finally put his stuff in a bag, and he said he would not be back. He also had bad experience at the Emerson Ave location. I had ordered baked potato and chicken nuggets. They somehow had ran out of potatoes and had to cook one. When I got received it I could not eat it as it was shriveled up and hard as a brick. I finally said give me some fries and he shoveled some out but they were cold and greasy. The staff seem disorganized. Corporate needs to take care of this and all...

I along with my peers went there today for lunch. I never make complaints. I 've worked in food service. But, this was the dirties dining, drink area I've seen. There were large amount of knats in the drink area, were straws/lids were. Tea dispensers. The drink dispenser (soda) was very dirty on the inside walls. The windows looked as though a dirty rag used on them. One trash area someone had spilled large about of drink. Instead of staff cleaning it. They placed a wet floor cone and never returned to clean.
