My daughter enjoyed her 3 weeks summer camp with PT. She learned a few skills such as how to use a sowing machine and how to measure and cut fabric. She was very happy and wanted to stay for longer hours. The one thing that I noticed was that half day was not enough for her - full day campers were able to complete more tasks and projects.
The only thing I didn’t really like about the program was that there was a very long lunch break which in my opinion was not necessary - especially because the damp hours are relatively short. The 1 hour lunch break could’ve been broken up into 2 x15 min breaks and 30 min lunch break in my opinion and seems a bit of a waste.    Read moreA fantastic school to bring your child and learn a new skill. Our daughter loved it so much from day one. She always looked forward to her sewing class and came out with a bright smile and so much to share. Seeing her learn a new skill and being proud of her progress was worth every penny. Our daughter also mentioned that she appreciated how her teacher utilized different words, examples, and ways to help her understand each step of her project. I personally liked how clean and organized the studio is, and the curriculum they use; It helps students and parents see the progress and plan on materials accordingly. I recommend you take your child for a trial class; I’m sure she will love it and beg you to sign her up as...

Each child moves along in their own pace from one booklet to the next. Each booklet contains a number of projects that increase in difficulty. Before each project we would usually go to Hobby Lobby or similar to get fabric. While the studio has fabric to chose from, my daughter and I enjoyed the process of choosing her own fabric. The classes are structured in a way that allow independence with professional guidance. It was a great experience for...
