Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Parkland

I’ve ordered here multiple times it the past the order is never ready when I arrive to pick up …when I arrived today the line was huge and several mobile order customers were waiting. Today I waited 30 minutes asked twice about the order and on the second time I was told they were just waiting on two subs for my order (which was 1). I told them to forget it then they told me they were preparing it now…a full 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. After another 15 minutes I asked if it was done, since it still was not now a full 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. It was “next up” so at that point I asked for a refund. If u are going to have an app you would think that process would actually work to save time which is the whole point! Also no COVID protons in place - several employees serving and handling food are not wearing masks which is just gross and unsafe at this point. I will not be a customer here moving forward and think management need to be a little more involved with how their team is running this place. Every take out order I saw was waiting 20 plus minutes, another lady waited an hour since her order was placed. I know places are short staffed but this is just being mismanaged and it is...

I came to grab a sub in a place I’m familiar with getting quality food but the two preparers in the front slammed my bread on the counter and without any kind of paper or plastic to protect the bread from the bacteria infested counter. I then get passed over to the next girl and she just wet a white towel that was stained brown dirty looking wiped the counter and had the audacity to place my bread in the counter as well HOW DISGUSTING whoever has trained these kids needs to retrain them and do a better job. This is unsanitary she wet that towel in a bucket that had water for god knows how long and then wiped it where she is putting food bare on the counter as is the other boy slicing the meats. This should be a different process especially with customers watching you. I placed an order for pickup and when I went inside the store there was no covid-19 protocols and procedures in place. On top of that I had to wait in line with the non order pick up customers instead of just being able to pick up my food. I would recommend there should be a separate line for customer pickups. Furthermore, there was no social distancing or facemasks required. With that said there is an absence of management oversight and a robust governance structure in place at this location to mitigate the risk of spread of covid-19. I will not be coming back to this location or any Jersey...
