Short version: The other review which claims this is "by far the slowest fast-food restaurant ever" is 100% accurate.
Long version and amusing anecdote: I and two friends show up at this McDonalds and order our food. I'm the first in and first to order. One of my friends receives his order after about 15 minutes.
A few minutes later an order is brought out and the order number whispered by someone who speaks with such a heavy accent we couldn't understand what was said from ten feet away, but he's gone before we can ask him to repeat the number. My friend ordered a peppermint mocha which was not present so we assume it couldn't have been hers. Five minutes later neither of us has seen our food (or any of the other orders from the other six people who were waiting there since we got in) and we get the suspicion it might be hers. So we start bothering employees to get the order which was now approaching room temperature identified. After talking to three employees with varying degrees of English proficiency we determine that it is in fact her order and they brought the wrong burger and no peppermint mocha. Not one to complain, my friend asks for her mocha and takes the incorrect order to her table.
I wait for another five minutes and watch a few more orders be brought out for people who's orders numbered in the high 50s. Every one of them had something wrong with it. My order number was 48, so given that it's been long enough for me to go to the Denny's across the street, eat, get dessert, pick up the waitress, take her out to a more expensive restaurant, eat there, then return to the McDonalds, I figure by this point that they lost my order. I ask to see the manager; turns out I was right and they lost a few others too. So they ask for the receipts of everyone still waiting so they can process the orders.
They had a physical copy of my receipt and a digital one at one point, so I'll be damned if I'm going to hand over my receipt to an employee who is unlikely to be able to read it for the privilege of waiting another 20 minutes for cold McDonalds. So I ask for my money back. Of course this necessitates calling the manager over, which takes another 5 minutes as the manager is working hard to correct all the employee's mistakes. The manager eventually refunds my money and promises to bring the food out anyway. I tell her not to. She brings out my food before my friends have finished eating. As my friends report the food was subpar and the fries were stale I can only assume the best way to convince anyone never to eat at this McDonald's was to give them the food. I handed my food to the next person in line to dissuade them from spending money at this McDonald's.
Hopefully my story can dissuade you happy Google goers not to go there either. They're remodeling now anyway so there's not even a play structure for the...

Now I know, understand and sympathize with the employees and all the crap they have to put up with from, (most of the time), ungrateful and rude people. I have worked at McDonald's before and know first hand how stressful and thankless it cam be. That being said I am shocked and saddened by the way myself and spouse, we're just treated by ( I'm guessing) a person in charge We're moving from one end of the state to another in one car, withy dogs and all of my possessions We stopped here to get a bite to eat and stretch our legs and organize our car from the days drive. First off, our order was completely messed up, I know, shocker. We went back to have it made the way we ordered it and were met with major attitude by staff. We got our " fixed" order that was wrong again, and decided a third time might just get spit in our food so we took what they gave us and parked. We had not even been there for 20 mins before a staff member comes stomping towards us As she gets closer and is crossing the drive thru ( with cars in it, mind you) and she yells " you guys gots to go". I very politely say "ok, I'm just getting a few things organized then we will be on our way." This woman replies " well, you have been here for over an hour already, and I really dont want to have to call the police on you to get you to leave". I was honestly speechless . Call the police? For what? I was a paying customer and had just barely gotten done eating my dinner when she came out. Not only were her accusations and threats false and unfounded, it was beyond humiliating and degrading. I still am in shock by her cruelty and have never in my entire life been treated like that. She spoke to us as if we were garbage, like we were not even human. How is somebody like that allowed to work with the public? So not only was our order wrong twice, we were met with major attitude when we asked them to fix the mistakes they had made, then humiliated and run off with threats of police involvement for absolutely no reason. So if you want to be treated like you are sub human, and not get what you both ordered and paid for please eat here. If you want food the way you ordered it and respect please eat anywhere else. Read moreI NEVER right reviews. EVER!! However I felt moraly compelled to report this because I am so disappointed in the behavior of the entire staff. The way they treated another customer nearly brought me to tears. N hurt me to my core. They were horrible n discriminating against customers refusing them the ability to use the restroom saying it was not working when myself n others they were happily allowing in. N this was while they were taking my order n talking to other employees across the room so they messed up my order forgot alit of it n I had to go back 3 more times n stand in line by the time I had the 29 bucks of food I had ordered my frappe was melted the fries when I finally got them were already cold as they handed them to me n the rest of my food had gotten cold n only time I have ever disliked a frappe even if there melted ill still drink them but this one could not finish because I could taste what must have been extremely dirty n unclean machine. The entire staff was more concerned with pretending there bathrooms weren't working so this poor guy couldn't use it then blatantly allowing others they totally had no concern for my order getting it correct how much I paid how many times I had to go back stand in line or take notice that food that had been warm or cold was no longer edible. This gentlemen was not rude or acting in any way to where this was acceptable. I'm astonished n more stunned at there treatment of this man then I am with there discusting food n lack of attention to my order. Shame on ur entire staff. Screwed up my 29 dollar order. Ok oh well.
