Iām sorry I am never the type of person who gets upset about these type of things. I worked at arbys for 5 years as a shift manager. I understand you get busy i understand itās overwhelming but you still can not talk to people the way this man talk to me at the speaker. He was a taller man he was on window on Saturday at 12ish around the time I went in. He said not even āhelloā or āone moment pleaseā I was told āgive me a momentā okay understandable it was a busy time. Iām very patient I gave this man 7 minutes so he can take a āmomentā i then asked āare you still hereā his response was āI told you I need a momentā then I pull up to the window I added hash browns to my order with the points on the dunkin app when I put my coffee order in. Well I did not receive it. Then man asked me what Iām waiting for I tell him my hash browns heās like well you didnāt order them. I said okay but then can I receive my points back if Iām not getting them walks away for a second comes back āya i donāt know guess youāll have to callā I just sped of at this moment. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely disgusted with this Dunkin!!! I went on my lunch break today at 11:45 through the drive thru just to get a Large hot Green Tea. Keep in mind I only get a half hour lunch break... Needless to say I sat in that drive thru for 20 mins til someone finally took my order! There was only 2 cars ahead of me, so it's not like it was super long. I made it up to the window to pay, and to my surprise there was atleast 10 people on the floor working, so there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON at all why I should have waited for 20 mins to get my order taken and another 5 minutes to get my Hot Tea! I could see if they were short staffed, but the fact that there were PLENTY of people on the floor working makes this UNACCEPTABLE! I wasted my ENTIRE 30 min lunch break waiting in this drive thru just to get a cup of Hot Tea!!! Management should be ASHAMED of themselves!!! I will be contacting the district manager about this...

My co worker went to order for us yesterday morning and was screamed at by whom ever was running the window and told her she isnāt allowed to come through the drivethru anymore and when my manager reached out and asked to speak with there manager she was very unprofessional and rude providing no apology or alternative to make both parties happy. Very disappointed in the over all service we continue to receive.
