Gina's Gelato and Java — Restaurant in Parma Heights

Stopped here after a craft show with my mom, and it did not let us down! The Gelato was creamy and delicious (went for the zesty lemon and tried the warm bourbon apple crisp). Got a smoothie and a mocha, both delicious, and both quick to order. The atmosphere alone in this cute little coffee shop gives off Italian bistro, with a realistic interior sitting area that looks like it's straight out of an Italian alleyway. 😍 they also have a drive thru, and an outdoor seating area. This was an exciting little find, and definitely plan on stopping in again in the near future 🤎 the service was very friendly, as well. The only downside of the Gelato is there isn't really a lid per se. Something more you will eat in store or on the way if going through drive thru. Walking into Gina's feels like stepping straight onto a cobblestone street in Italy. The warm, inviting atmosphere greets you as soon as you enter, with friendly staff ensuring you feel right at home. The decor is an enchanting blend of old-world Italian charm, instantly transporting you far away from Ohio to a dreamy café in the heart of Florence.

The star of the visit was undoubtedly the Brioche con Gelato. The warm, pillowy brioche paired seamlessly with the creamy, flavorful gelato nestled within. The contrast between the warm exterior and the cold, delightful middle is a culinary symphony that dances on your taste buds. And as if that wasn’t enough, the Cherry Italian Soda proved to be the perfect companion to this decadent treat—refreshing, sweet, and effervescent in all the right ways.

From the seating area to the music to the kind and patient workers this place has got to be my new favorite treat place! Me and my family had a pretty big order, but they were respectful and patient, continuing to listen and get our order in. They have an assortment of baked goods, hot drinks, cold drinks, smoothies, and frozen drinks and of course their gelato! I got a vanilla cream frozen drink and it was a bit underwhelming, but I think that was more of a personal preference than an actual fact. They have tons and tons of flavors of syrup available to put in their Italian sodas, and their gelato is smooth and delicious. Only problem with the gelato is that we ordered to different flavors and one was extremely more soft than the other, but that could be because of the varying ingredients.
