Casamel's Pizza — Restaurant in Parma

I tried Casamels pizza yesterday as I found out my normal shop was closed on Mondays. I was looking forward to trying something new, and if the food was good potentially making them our new go-to. In order to be our new go-to Casamels had a pretty high bar to beat. Well, they failed miserably. I've never paid so much for chicken wings in my life. $16 for 8 of the smallest wings I have ever seen. I don't know if the order was wrong, but I guess I was expecting a lot more than that for the price. Any competition out there within 1sq mile that sells chicken wings is no where near that expensive, and if they are somewhat close the wings are gigantic, not little baby wings like we received. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza that was pretty expensive as well, bit it tasted alright.

Overall, for what I paid I am very disappointed and I most likely will never return to this location. I can't really recommend it either, there are so many pizza shops in the surrounding area, give them a shot first. I understand the economy is trash and the costs of goods have raised, but no where near as bad as what this store charged me.

I ordered from DoorDash for the first time ordering from this store. When I received the order, I was missing a pizza. I contacted the store, wanting to know if they forgot it or if the dasher had taken it. They said they still had the order at the store, and didn’t understand what happened. I asked the gentlemen if I could come to the store and pick it up, and he said yes. I got to the store, and they gave me my order, and also made me a cinnamon bites, and gave me 2-20fl oz sodas. They apologized profusely about forgetting to give the dasher the pizza, as I said that it was okay. The professionalism, and the kindness of these workers were the absolute best. The gentlemen I talked to, was Tony. He definitely deserves some kind of recognition regarding this. I appreciate the kindness that was showed tonight, and I will definitely come here again. -Also the food was amazing. I also got the chicken parm meal, and you get so much for the price. I got a pizza delivered at 9pm, was told my address was not in their range so I told them “I will drive closer because I really want my pizza” they said “ok” gave them my job address. Delivery driver came, didn’t get out the car, didn’t call my number, claimed didn’t have correct phone number then proceeded to tell me “we are closing now, NO you can’t come get your pizza, we are just voiding it” made me waste my time and gas. Manager then was disrespectful and lied and said i threatened him. Called GM next morning and she was disrespectful too and telling me her employees weren’t supposed to meet up for delivery even though I told her and she confirmed it was ok. GM/Owner didnt accommodate me as a customer as her employees were disrespectful, kept my pizza they charged me for, and continued to argue.
