Astro Bros Ice Cream & Coffee — Restaurant in Parma

I recently went in to try it for the first time I was super excited but then that excitement immediately went away. Everyone was so unwelcoming. I went in and stood there looking around at the workers who were looking back at me and on their phone laughing with each other. I’m not expecting anything spectacular but you could at least say “welcome in” or even just acknowledge that I’m a customer waiting over 7 minutes to order. The manager finally came from the back and seen I wasn’t helped by anyone up from so he started my order and was very friendly. The ice cream was very overpriced for what it was and I probably won’t be back but that’s probably mostly to do with the customer service. They girls made my ice cream and just left it on the counter and walked away… didn’t look at me or state what it was just left it there and walked so I grabbed it hoping that it was mine and no one else’s with there being multiple people waiting for their order as well. Overall bad experience and overpriced, wouldn’t recommend. They won’t last long with those prices, there’s a reason the grilled cheese place only lasted a few months in that...

I’ve been here twice now so far and both times the ice cream was on point!! The first time it wasn’t as busy as it was the second time which I’m so happy for them to be getting that business! One recommendation i would have would be order numbers on receipt so when it’s really busy it’s easier to know yours is ready. I Was nervous about accidentally thinking mine was someone else’s when it was so busy everyone was sitting and waiting patiently for theirs to be ready. Lol but the ice cream was DELICIOUS i tried the biscotti stacker and just a 1 scoop with the taiyaki fish which is DELICIOUS btw! I highly recommend this for a fun new twist on ice cream and will be back again to try something from their dubai menu next!!! Just be patient they may be busy but it’s worth the wait!! First and foremost, this is now our new treat spot. There are so many different flavors that it's hard to choose which one you want. Ample samples if you need (I only took 2 and they ended up being my chosen flavors). I got the ice cream nachos with chocolate peanut butter cup and Oreo cheesecake with Oreo crumbles, peanut butter and Nutella. Obviously, I have a taste 🤤. It was delicious and filling. Work of art ruined my lack of safe restraint before I took the picture. 😅

The owner is very passionate about what he does and it shows. The space looks sleek with lots of seating if a large party were to arrive.
