Beware customers! Check your pizza BEFORE you leave! Allso know that if you have a problem you'll experience passive, unconcerned responses.
I ordered a Large Deep Dish with Pepperoni, Mushroom, & Double Ital. Sausage.
When I got home, I found out that half of the pieces did not have any Mushroom on it at all. I called and spoke to a worker named Mars & told me that is how it comes when you order double sausage they have to put less mushrooms on.
I tried to explain to her that some of the pieces don't even have any mushrooms and Mars said hold on, put me on hold and then said that her manager, Eric, made the pizza, and he said that's how they come. Mars said he told her when you order double sausage they have to put on less Mushroom.
When I said that I don't understand, because I paid for mushroom and some of the pieces don't have any on it whatsoever. Mars said hold on again and spoke to Eric. Mars said I could bring the pizza back to have it remade.
I told her I was already at home and it was too far away from the shop. But that I would show pictures to the manager next time I am in the shop. She said in reply "have a good day" and hung up the phone without an apology. Very disappointed in that reply to me.

Read moreOnline ordering is a big fail. It declines debit card payment despite there being more than enough money on the card. However, the payment still shows up on my bank activity. Call the pizza shop and they have no record of the order and say they cannot refund the money because they have no control over the online ordering system. This has happened to me twice. Have to wait several days before the charge is reversed and my account credited back the money.
Text ordering is also a sham. Text an order and it always adds a second pizza that was not ordered. This has happened many times. Call the pizza shop and they again say they have no control over the third party text provider.
I will never order Jet's Pizza again. The hassle is just not worth it. Too many other pizza shops in the area with easy, no problem ordering.
The folks at this location have always been nice so no bad will toward them. But Jet's corporate needs to contract with online and text ordering providers that know how to provide...
Read moreI ordered a pizza and it was so greasy that the grease was coming through the box, I ordered from jets alot and happy there in my neighborhood but my experience today has turned me away from them, I called the store to voice my concerns only to be told it's my fault for what I ordered and that's why my pizza was greasy and that they dont have the time to make it right , very disappointed and the meager was rued and hung up!
