Outback Steakhouse — Restaurant in Parma

Went to Outback for my Son's birthday. He wanted a steak. We first tried two other restaurants but due to our lack of planning ahead and wanting to be seated within a reasonable timeframe at dinner rush on a Saturday, we quickly decided that hour and a half waits weren't for us. We called ahead at Outback and they place you in line when you call, which was perfect. Our table was ready as we arrived. No waiting at dinner rush on a Saturday? Bravo Outback! You could have had stopped there but you kept on going. Our server, John, was outstanding. He's been there a while and is very, very good at what he does. Despite being very busy.. full parking lot.. our drink order was taken quickly, our drinks were delivered quickly, and our food order was taken quickly. We ordered an appetizer for the table and four meals. They brought bread for the table to share. The meals were of ample size.. not too big but enough you definitely weren't still hungry. Drink refills arrived fast and without asking. Service was outstanding. Food was cooked perfectly.. medium well.. the server had even explained their definitions of medium, medium well, etc. when we ordered so there was no mistake. Everyone enjoyed their food. My sons steak came with a loaded baked potato. It's hard to find a restaurant that does baked potatos anymore. Many things in the menu looked good but I was only in the mood for a burger and what better than the one named the Outback burger. It was outstanding. My wife ordered a shroom burger. My daughter eats like a bird and ordered Mac and cheese bites and fries. My wife and daughter were full after the appetizer. The table was a little cramped but it was clean. After a nearby table cleared out the staff members cleaned their table including sweeping under the tables. Seeing this always makes me feel better about a restaurant. I hate dirty and maybe other restaurants ignore cleaning up during busy times. Not here. I saw the manager around several times checking on tables and helping clean. The hostesses helped clean.. they have a hard working staff. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be back.. this Parma location only. We've found the independence Outback to be terribly managed and inconsiderate in the past. So, highly recommend the Parma Outback for a quiet. casual time and good food at a decent price. Total cost for dinner for four, with appetizer and 22% tip was just at $100. More expensive than eating in sure, but food was good and the service was outstanding - making my Son's birthday celebration nice and fun like...

As someone who adores Ranch, I’ve tasted my fair share, but Outback’s version is simply in a league of its own.
